Amazing stay, we stayed for 4 nights and couldn't have been more satisfied. Even though we got up a bit later breakfast was still waiting for us. Fani did everything to make us feel welcome. A true paradise! What a beautiful and comfortable gem in Cannes! Maxim, Fanny, and Seba welcomed us so warmly and we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the beds were really confortable. We would like to be back in Cannes just to stay here :) thank you so much for the memorable time!

We stayed for four nights at Villa Du Roc Fleuri. We had a reservation for a double room with a queen-size bed and balcony. The check-in was quick and without any inconvenience.||Although the location is not ideal, as it is situated in a pleasant and safe residential area, it is possible to walk to the city center. However, it should be noted that the path has many slopes and can be challenging for some. Precise directions are necessary, as all the streets wind around, making it easy to get lost.||The rate includes an excellent breakfast. The day before, you must choose from a wide variety of options, including homemade products. Everything is excellent! There is a small dining area that guests can freely use, complete with high-quality tableware, a top-notch coffee maker, teas, and everything needed to enjoy after a long walk. The space and utensils can also be used for dinner or lunch.||Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a very good bed, a round table with a chair, and a small balcony. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Outside our room, shared with another room (both on the upper level), there was a small refrigerator that we could use for the food we bought and drinks.||The hosts are extremely friendly and always willing to address any requests. It is important to note that the property is an old one with many stairs; in fact, our room was on an upper level, all accessed by stairs. It may be demanding for those with mobility difficulties. ||We will definitely return if we visit Cannes again.

My husband and I made a 14- day bike trip through the south of France. We stayed in 14 different and often very nice places. But Villa Roc Du Fleuri was the best of all. We very much liked the style/decoration of the room and the house/garden/veranda in general. Contemporary and beautifully done. Also very friendly host (Fanny) and wonderful fresh breakfast. I can highly recommend a stay at Villa du Roc Fleuri! A beautify, cozy hotel with absolute unique level of service from the fantastic host! We enjoyed delicious, homemade breakfast in the garden and long evenings on the terrace. The rooms were neat and modern, and the location was in a calm area in walk distance from the beach and city center. I would defiantly be coming back, and of course recommending the hotel to friends, family and anyone who wants to elevate their stay in Cannes. A definite 5/5!
