It’s perfect for couples and it’s perfect for families. So if you are looking for a perfect gateway, this is your place. Will definitely be back.

Villa Fabulite is truly a hidden gem! I had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period, and it was the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and warm. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The rooms were immaculately clean, well decorated and very spacious. One of the highlights of my stay was the bed - it felt like sinking into a cloud at the end of each day. Equally relaxing were the pool and the hammam, both perfect spots to rewind and recharge. The location was also amazing. The beach is just a minute's walk from the hotel, so we've spent many hours swimming in the sea and soaking in the sun, truly making the most of the serene surroundings. All in all, Villa Fabulite is a peaceful oasis and an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend it enough!

This is a stunning and peaceful villa style hotel with lovely staff in a beautiful part of Cap d’antibes. ||The rooms are very modern and bed amazingly comfortable, the bathroom stocked with Clarins products with nice outdoor decked porch and chairs.||The beach is a one minute walk away from here and the Hotel Cap Eden Roc hotel a ten minute walk and Antibes old town a 35 min walk so in a great location. ||And if you don’t fancy a walk the cute golf cars are on hand in minutes to whip you around the bay. ||All the staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and Maya was especially helpful in booking our restaurants and advising best places to go. ||The breakfast each morning sat around by the beautiful garden and pool was also excellent. The scenery is simply stunning, our only regrets were (aside from wishing we could have stayed longer) was to have not booked the hotel Eden cap grill restaurant weeks before as it was full. We went to their rooftop cocktail bar and it was wonderful. We also visited Lilian Bonnefoi in Antibes the brunch was the best brunch we’ve ever had and the French toast was divine, it closes Monday and Tuesday so we couldn’t get back but next time we visit it will be at the top of the list (please note you also need to make a reservation before visiting as they are usually full).

An absolutely marvelous spot….A hidden oasis nestled between the bustle of the beach and the luxe neighborhood of the surrounding hills. The owners are very friendly, accommodating, and personable. The rooms are aesthetically beautiful, curated to perfection, and everything—from shoe polish to a coffee machine and mini bar—is provided. It has a balance of feeling like you’re at a luxury hotel, while still enjoying the community and shared space of a cozy bed and breakfast. There’s a gymnasium, sauna, the rooms all have personal patios amongst a well-kept garden, and the pool is a beautiful alternative for a proper lounge and swim if you’re not feeling up to the (3 minute!) walk to the beach. I felt like I was in a Wes Anderson film and loved every minute there.

The Villa Fabulite features modern, clean rooms set in a bungalow complex inside beautiful and secluded grounds. It was hot when we visited, so it was a good thing they had good AC in the rooms and a pool! The rooms are chic and comfortable. ||||There was also a good little gym room onsite. The pool is good, with loungers and towels provided, and they had a whole selection of bicycles for guests to take out for the day.||||It is a family-run operation, and someone was always on hand to help with questions, recommendations, or to serve poolside drinks and snacks. They offer a delightful breakfast in the mornings, but otherwise, the restaurant is currently closed (although that could change as things continue to open up). We had a couple take-out dinners, which we ate in the lovely outdoor dining area, on plates and cutlery the hotel graciously provided.||||The location is fantastic. It is steps away to the sandy Plage Des Ondes beach, and a quick drive to all the major destinations around Cap D'Antibes and Juan Les Pins. It is thrilling to see all the locals spilling out of their parked cars with paddleboards, loungers, and umbrellas in hand as they head down to the beach. The location really does allow you to feel part of the local, chill, French beach culture scene. It was also nice to be at a hotel that did not have tons of traffic or crowds constantly outside.|| ||||The place is a real gem, run by a lovely family and their team. We can't wait to return!

Be very careful when booking this accommodation. I booked well in advance of a work trip and they cancelled the reservation, only to repost the room at significantly higher price.
