Villa Grey

The Villa Grey was one of the best hotel stays we ever had. The room was clean, beautiful, well designed and modern. Not to mention incredible water views. The amenities and food services were excellent. The staff was top notch, wonderful and friendly. Not mention an incredible location being seconds from a stylish beach club. The whole feel was second to none. We will be back to the Villa Grey in our next stay in Forte Dei Marmi.

We had a lovely four day stay at this hotel which had all the comforts of home. Attention to detail is evident throughout. The breakfast was very good which included my favorite which is focaccia - they even make it with whole wheat which I have never seen before. The staff is very supportive and on call always. The walk into town is doable and the beach was magical. Thank you for all your efforts. We hope to be back next year.

Me and my family stayed/got some sun bath for one day in their private beach zone in July 2024; we booked before a tent for 300 euro, expecting services comparable to what payed. But:|- their shower next to the sea did not function - after swimming in the see, had to do a shower in the neighborhood (next beach zone);|- their wi-fi also did not functioned, no matter if private (with password), or free, without any password. |- at lunchtime we have to wait for almost one hour for the first dish even if we order in the first 10 minutes after arriving; others than ordered after us, ate before us.|- Villa Grey beach does not have any designated place before the restaurant zone on the beach to wash the sand off our feet, so, we had to stay with all that stuck sand while eating. The only functional shower was located after crossing the restaurant, in the zone of changing cabins.|- the safe box on the beach was useless because the key was blocked in the locker and could not take it out after locking.||On conclusion, we did not get what we payed for! Expected that such things that enumerated before simple did not exist!

Nice small hotel, with own beach, probably one of the best beach clubs around in Forte dei Marmi. The hotel is cute, we had room 201, felt a bit small (21 sqm), the bathroom was very small and it had a very noisy glass door that did not provide a lot of intimacy. Very nice Culti toiletries in the room and even in the showers at the beach. The breakfast and the beach club were really amazing, probably the best thing about this hotel and the reason why we would return here. Each room has its own assigned beach chairs and sun loungers, which is great. The only thing they could do better is to change the beach towels daily instead of every 4 days (at a request and for a price they do change them whenever you want, but they could include this service in the price). The beach club served food (for an extra 5€ charge every time you order something from your sun lounger) nice food and nice service. The breakfast food, service and terrace-really top! Lift was very small, but the hotel is small so probably normal. They do have a car that takes you into the town center which is a nice added service. In conclusion, very beautiful beach club with amazing sand, beautiful breakfast and maybe some improvements to be done in the room. I would come back!

Beautiful hotel, Amazing beach club, Friendly people, Food at the beachclub is so-so, Food at Il Parco is amazing highly recommended to go there! We really enjoyed our stay only when we checked in we found or room very dirty, I complained about that and they told me they would re clean the room, To be honest as a first time check in guest this is not how it should be, Especially after other guests have checked out there should be a proper cleaning. There were make-up stains on the doors and windows, Very dirty spots on the door of the toilet + gross brown spots on the toilet itself, Also the sink was filled with toothpaste spots. After complaining only the toilet got cleaned, All the other things mentioned were still dirty, I tried to speak with a manager just to explain the situation, We didn’t want a bigger room or anything ( rooms are very very small) but we just wanted a clean room where we felt comfortable, We didn’t have the comfortable clean feeling during the whole stay which was a pity, I really suggest them to have a good word with their cleaning team, Or have a new cleaning team, As this is just putting people off and that’s a pity for such an amazing and beautiful property, For the rest we really loved everything, Only to be honest cleanliness is a very important thing and it did ruin our stay a bit.

Amazing services and stuff. Great place to stay in FDM. Bikes for rent ( no need to reserve it, they have plenty of very simple bikes ) - if you need better bike there are rental offices on town where you can rent electric or faster bikes. Without bike or car everything is far:) Rooms are little bit smaller but modest and clean with great views. Private beach is clean and you have there “your cabana” with 2sunbeds, 1chair and 2sunseats with towels. Beach bar is open till 19:00. Room cleaning twice a day. Offer of car transport to Viareggio or anywhere close(van for at least 6people). Nice calm place with privacy.

Very, very nice chic hotel in Forte deli Marmi. Service was outstanding, they even send a car for you after you've had dinner at a restaurant in town. The location is perfect, a few blocks walking distance from he town center. They have bicycles to use for free. The streets have large cycling lanes. The beach club was nice.

This year the stunning boutique Hotel Villa Grey fascinated the guests with a new restaurant, Il Parco, beautifully located in the accurate garden.||The intention of the Larini Family - the hotel owners - is to delight with a gourmet cuisine, leveraging on the ability of the acclaimed Chef Nicola Gronghi. ||Chef Gronchi is pretty young, but very much experienced.
