Villa Haya

Intentions and ideas of the owners are good, but there are some things they need to work on. First of all - fix toilet smell. Smoking should not be allowed at common terrace and by the pool. No clear rules or schedules to use garden grill. Place is great for groups eg. teams or big families, but not the best choice for couples and small families. Place is good to sleep over, but if you are looking for privacy and peace, you might want to stay elsewhere. Good choice if you like to wake up at 6am, either by chicken or children or other guests leaving. Place with potential for big groups with common lifestyles booking together. Microwave should be in the kitchen, not on photos only. Sea view is nice, but sea is 15 km away. Good stuff.

We stayed here for three nights, to explore Krk. Had a really great time in this place. Beautiful view on the ocean. The rooms were very clean and newly furnished. Extremely helpful and friendly employee. There are some lovely chicken to observe on the neighbour property from your window.

Almost 5 stars, really close. We stayed three nights in 2 different 2 person Appartments. Both were nice, clean and in principle equipped the same, but one had a better floorplan and walk-in shower. The location is a bit off and the view is nice, but certainly better one floor up. The staff was very nice and helpful. So what were they lacking? The details. There was no shower at the pool. The ground was partially very slippery, eg the stairs when wet. There was no option to lay down flat. The first Appartments shower was definitely too small. The windows had no anti insect net, the salt was sticky, there was only one bag for the trash can. Ah, and there was a cock and hens just behind our bedroom window, so you can imagine the noise in the morning. Expect for the mosquito net, I consider these things almost negligible, almost, thus very good 4 stars.

One can spot that lot of effort and love with aesthetic taste was spend on many tiny details in this island gem! We loved pool and sunbathing area surrounded by tree figs!

Super nice for vacation. Nice pool, grill, sea view.... Rooms are nicely furnished, personel is very kind and helpfull. 5*, we will surely return.

We spent 3 days in Villa Haya. Lovely place with a heated pool. I highly reccommend it. Staff is very kind, appartman is well equiped, clean, garden and building is very well maintained.

Odlično mjesto. Extra ljubazno osoblje. Mirno, uredno i čisto. Blizu Krka samo 15 minuta vožnje. Nice and clean apartments, the staff is very helpful and polite. The view is really niice and it is quite close to the city of Krk. I recommend this a lot.

Very nice accommodation, cozy and modern furnishings. Perfectly located to discover the whole island of Krk.
