Just had a great week here. Apartment had all we needed, including a lovely pool and stunning views over to Zadar old town. Everything clean and modern. Our thanks to Ana and her team. We used Ubers all week, no need to hire a car, usually only €6 into/from Old Town.

Great location and super host! We had a beautiful view and the accommodation was really nice. Patris is really friendly and always ready to help you if you need anything. We could only recommend you this place! Quiet environment, breakfast is perfect and not too far from the old town. We suggest you to rent some bikes. Great experience !

Great place to stay, good location. Good breakfast, great staff. The only wish or suggestion is that breakfast should be from 6 and not seven in the morning, because basically all excursions start at 7:30 and you don’t have time to have breakfast. And in general, everything is wonderful. I recommend!☺️

We stayed at Villa Hresc for a week in September and loved it. The owners are friendly and helpful. Our one bedroom apartment was comfortable and very spacious with a big bathroom and great shower (essential!) The large terrace had the most gorgeous views towards Zadar Old Town and the islands beyond. We opened the shutters each morning onto that sparkling sea front and it was the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was a treat sitting in the pretty garden and super friendly Aggie ("the omlette Queen") was happy to cook eggs to order. The pool is perfect for a quick dip and there are several cute tortoises living in the garden. The tranquil location outside of the lively Old Town suited us as we had a car and there is free parking onsite. It's a pleasant 30 min walk round the bay into the Old Town but half that time if you take the short cut with the famous Oarsmen of Zadar who ferry you across in a rowing boat for a tiny fee. This was fun especially at night in the dark. There are also good restaurants within walking distance. We had day trips out in the car to Plitvice and Krka National Parks from here, pretty Sibenik is well worth a visit and also beautiful Nin beach just 15 minutes up the road which is sandy with shallow water, great views of the mountains and good facilities. We totally relaxed on our week here and felt it was excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Lovely setting on the coast road into town. Very comfortable rooms and apartments. We'd booked a room but were kindly given an apartment when the owner realised we were father and son and a double bed wasn't ideal. Excellent pool in a nice garden overlooking the sea. It's a little out of town but if you take the nearby very cheap 7-24 little boat crossing you are in the old town quickly and the walk is pleasant enough and it's a couple of minutes rive to the bridge. Lovely breakfast served by super friendly staff.

We had three nights stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment overlooked the sea and was huge. The style is classic looking with wooden flooring. We would have liked a little more choice for breakfast as it was very basic with either continental style or a fresh omelette on offer. All in all a great stay in a lovely apartment in Zadar. It is around 15 minute walk to the old town. I would recommend,

Fantastic experience. friendly hosts. Clean rooms with AMAZING views of Zadar from the balcony (we had the Neven room on first floor to the right). Sweet dog and turtles by the pool was nice for the kids (two girls almost 6 and 8 year old)
