Villa Italia Bakery

My husband and I LOVE going to Villa Italia Bakery! We indulge in their delicious pastries and cupcakes every chance we get! We recently decided to get our wedding cake from them and it was the BEST decision we made for our special day to celebrate with our 25 guests! We wanted something tasty that wouldn't be too sweet and they exceeded beyond my expectations! I had a beautiful cake carrot cake with a whipped cream cheese filling and buttercream icing! My cake was bigger than expected and it was so delicious! I ordered my cake inside of the store and the process was seemingly quick! The staff is always friendly and inviting. If your looking for a place for sweet treats, coffee, or cakes this is it!

Our family loves Villa Italia cakes and we order them regularly for all our special occasions. I ordered a custom cake for my son's 3rd birthday party this weekend and it was so incredible I just had to share it. I would definitely recommend going in person to place custom cake orders. It's much easier to discuss the design and see what your options are rather than confirming over the phone/email. I had a specific design in mind and don't like my cakes to be too sweet. The team member we worked with brought out a couple different fillings for me to taste and we discussed the design in detail. I'd also recommend taking a sketch with you so their cake designer can understand exactly what you want. We decided on chocolate cake with layers of vanilla mousse (AMAZING) with a buttercream exterior. The cake was delicious and beautifully designed, honestly, even better than I had imagined. I asked for writing across the board and they fully designed even that to match the rest of the cake. Thank you so much Villa—my son absolutely loved it!

Put marzipan in everything! Brilliant! Just being a bit cheeky, but it did taste like half the things I got were made with marzipan. Which isn't a bad thing, mind you, I love the flavor and texture of marzipan, but, after the 4th pastry I was beginning to think they should rebrand to Villa Marzipan. Still, what I did get was, for the most part, pretty good. The almond cookies, the unpronounceable Italian things, the raspberry heart cookie, the mini-lemon meringue pie, the strawberry shortcake cupcake, all pretty tasty. However the danish, the bread portion of it, had an off-putting flavor I couldn't quite put my finger on. Some spice they used, or ingredient, was really prominent in the pastry bread of the danish and it did not taste great. But everything else was fine, no weird flavors or anything like it, so I keep the overall score a 5. The price for everything was also pretty reasonable, only $18 total, which is comparable to the other bakeries I frequent for the same amount of goodies. So no complaints there. Sadly, the gelatos were not out when I stopped in, but I do fondly remember this location having some pretty wild flavors.

We ordered our wedding cake from Villa Italia for our end of August wedding. We are so happy we did. They were amazing during the at home cake tasting process, ordering the cake, and delivery to our venue. We never thought that we could have a 4 tier cake for a decent price. We are so happy we looked here and our guests loved the cake flavors and design as well

We absolutely love this place! They were able to create a beautiful cake with pineapple bits mixed into the whipped frosting layers. It was the right amount of sweetness! Eveyone at the party enjoyed the cake. Were extremely picky on cakes and not big fans of buttercream or any other super sweet frosting. So we went with whipped topping the balance of the entire cake (texture, flavor, and appearance) were on point! Would recommend Villa Italia to anyone. It's a must try! Can't wait to place future orders!

Ordered a chocolate birthday cake with mocha cream and WOW this was a huge hit and the design was PERFECT!

We got our wedding cake from this bakery and everything about the process was just so easy and straightforward! Also the bakery itself is very cute and everything we tried while there was great! First of all, if you do a tasting bring everyone you’ve ever met to try it with you because you get every possible flavor of buttercream and cake- it’s a LOT. I mentioned we wanted a dark chocolate blackout cake and so they were also kind enough to include a ganache. We were so stuffed after the tasting that we actually went to the gym just so we’d have room to eat dinner. It was a great experience though. We ordered our cake shortly after the tasting over email and it was also just such an easy process. Later on when our guest counts came in they also allowed us to reduce our cake size without any difficulty. We worked with Tricia the entire time and she was an absolute gem! Finally on the day itself, cake was delivered to us no problem and looked exactly as we hoped! Our florist did the flowers for it and it just came together perfectly! The cake tasted amazing and the guests also were very happy with it! Truly could not have been happier with this bakery!

Great selection of pastries, cookies and cake. Parking can be a little tricky but worth the hassle. Last time I went in they were using a ticket number system and as busy as they were they were very fast and efficient. Holiday parties are not the same without first stopping here
