Although Villa Josephine is a hotel, we visited it for dinner — and wow, it was absolutely stunning. The place is truly luxurious in every sense of the word. From the elegant atmosphere to the beautiful setting, everything felt refined and special. The food was exceptional and the service was genuinely outstanding, which made the whole experience even better. Dinner felt unforgettable, and the overall ambiance made the evening classy and unique. If you’re looking for a place that’s both sophisticated and memorable, Villa Josephine is definitely worth a visit.

Villa Joséphine is a place of elegance, serenity, and warm hospitality. A girl called Doha perfectly embodies the spirit of this exceptional villa. She works with professionalism, dedication, and grace, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention with her warm smile. A big thank you to the entire team as well your hard work and warmth truly make the villa shine.

We booked a table for 7 people (confirmation via email) and once we were there they weren’t aware of it. They also didn’t try to improve the situation giving us something for dinner….the manager, a woman, didn’t react well. A very bad experience and a worse reaction.

The service was excellent, especially Doha! They were constantly asking what they could do to help us. My wife got sick while in Tangier and Rafiaa took excellent care of her. I highly recommend this beautiful place!

Unfortunately they are not flexible at all. They don’t reply on the phone and once you go as walking the main gate is closed and the doorman is not helpful at all. I have arrived with my sister today 27/11/2025 around 3PM with no reservation as we could not reach them however we were not offered to meet the receptionist or the reservation agent. And a girl I doubt her name is Doha she was talking to the doorman/Concierge hang up the phone on him when he tried to call her. The doorman was talking to us behind the door like we are asking for favour and when we said that we are here for coffee he mentioned that we should have a reservation and for lunch as coffee time only after 4:30PM even after I replied that we can order lunch he refused to let us in or even to talk to a manager or someone else… Im sorry but this is not the way how the clients should be treated, I do understand that the place is very beautiful and unique but in the end it’s not AMAN and I’m the one who choose you between all the places means Im the spender and if you called this luxury unfortunately it’s not AT ALL. Because people who make the place therefore staff should be chosen carefully. a well training should be given to the staff and how to deal with the situations as there is something called flexibility and a way how to talk and deal. Thank you

Litteraly the worst experience ever!!!! We were stopped at the entrance by security who rudely insisted we needed a reservation, even though the venue was nearly empty and we've never needed one before. The receptionist gave false reassurance but didn’t follow through, and we had to push just to be let in. Once inside, the overpriced menu had very few options. We ordered hot drinks, only to be told 20 minutes later they weren’t available after 3pm, even simple ones like verveine tea and American coffee. We waited over an hour hoping someone would come back so we could order something else, but no one did. We left feeling ignored and disappointed. Rude staff, poor service, and unjustified prices.
