I sent an accommodation inquiry from the official website, but the system said it would reply within 24 hours, but there was no reply. Even if I couldn't make a reservation, I should have been rejected within 24 hours.
I even sent an email requesting their response, including the date and inquiry number of my stay, but I still haven't received a response.
In the end, I chose another accommodation. Out of politeness, I sent them another letter asking them to cancel the room I had inquired about. This time they finally replied, but judging from the conversation in the letter, they could not understand my request. mean.
They asked me for the consultation content, inquiry number, and date again, and spent many times telling me that the room was full and the accommodation request could not be fulfilled.
This is really funny, because I clearly told them that I didn’t need it anymore.
All in all, it was a terrible experience and I'm glad I didn't stay here.
