"Set in Frankfurt’s well-heeled Sachsenhausen neighborhood, this luxurious Rocco Forte property occupies an elegant villa built at the beginning of the 20th century. Following an intensive restoration, it opened as a five-star hotel in 2008 and now offers several wings set around a refined courtyard garden. A blend of classic and contemporary style, the 163 rooms and suites feature hardwood floors, subdued colors, and marble bathrooms. Also on-site is an award-winning Italian restaurant; JFK Bar, for cocktails, cognac, gin, whiskey, and wine; and a first-rate spa with a 49-foot indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and eight treatment rooms. Additionally, Frankfurt’s museum embankment is just a five-minute walk away."

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and my experience there. From entry to departure, one of the best experiences I HAVE EVER HAD! The staff are amazing, addressing you by name and recalling minute details. So so helpful. Indeed, one concierge called the other on the weekend to ensure our requests were fulfilled! The food was wonderful as well. Well made, appropriate size, and beautiful. The hotel grounds are lovely and spotless. Access to the city and airport is simple. The rooms are perfect yet not overdone. My only problem? The bedroom remote didn’t always work. Treat yourself. Stay here. This place is FANTASTIC!

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Kennedy. The hotel is beautiful, room service was good and quick. Gianna the concierge was particularly helpful and reserved very nice restaurants / spa treatments for us. The Spa and pool area is very nice. My only suggestion would be to have antibacterial gel at breakfast (the machine was not working) and it felt not sanitary to attend a buffet while being unable to clean our hands.

Liked the hotel in general. Arrived to our room with roses for our anniversary. All was going well until we arrived at our reserved time at the indoor pool. The water was beyond freezing. I put my toes in for 2 minutes in hopes it would warm. I could not feel for toes for about 30 minutes after. To top that off the jacuzzi and stream room were not working. Very disappointed in that. We were excited to have a reserved swimming time but all we got was the hot sauna. It would have been nice if we would have known before hand so our expectations were not so normal.

Google
Very high end luxury resort which has its ups and downs. The down side is that the place is very conservative and almost stuffy. There’s a vibe missing. On the positive side it’s very relaxing and customer service is very good if sometimes slow. Example that the amazing cocktails take a very long time and breakfast service is also slow and unresponsive. But delicious when it arrives. So if you’re not in a hurry then a great place to be. Two things that I didn’t expect. That light in my room would have a flickering bulb and that the spa would be closed at 6pm. So no chance to relax after a long day.

The hotel is fantastic and a great place to consider on the luxury end. The bar is great as well, however, no meaning if the bar staff pulls down their masks entirely behind the bar while prepping drinks -yummy drinks btw- and only wears them properly when serving the drinks. Without that experience, the rating would be 5star.

Service and overall ambience was nice, but the room and bathroom especially feels a bit dated. The hotel slippers are great though ha! Also, while the food tasted decent, the overall variety could be improved.

Google
This hotel is a 6 star hotel. Great value!! The included Breakfast was fabulous. Decorations, Fresh Flowers, very well done. Staff is great. Including not limited to House Keeping, Restaurant, Front Desk, and Internet connection was great. We were on an extended holiday in Europe and it was the best connection that we had on the whole trip. First time staying at a Rocco Forte Property but not the LAST!!!!!!

Such a beautiful and cozy hotel! Beside the stunning room (we had a big sofa inside and a dinner table) I loved that they had prepeared for those who have early flights (5-6 a clock int he morning) in the lobby a corner with fresh coffee and pastry and juices. Very thoughtful. Also, is a nice place for some quality, high-class shopping :)

Yelp
We crash landed here after our 15 hour flight following our wedding. Needless to say we were beyond exhausted. After resting up and being able to enjoy our surroundings we were ecstatic that we chose to stay here. The view is stunning and comforting all around. Each staff member was pleasant and the spa was spectacular!! We didn't have time for a treatment this time but the pool was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about the staff and property of the Villa Kennedy. I will say that the concierge, front desk, room service & housekeeping were world class. My son's scooter was left in a taxi that drove off. The concierge found that driver (truly a needle in a haystack) and my son's scooter was returned that same day. Room service noticed that my son wasn't eating his cheese sandwich so they asked him if they could make it to his liking (he's 6 so he has a particular way). He loved the revised cheese samdwich. The indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms are great. Breakfast was included but wasn't as good as the Paris hotel we had come from.

Yelp
After a canceled flight in Frankfurt the hubby and I decided to take advantage of the situation and spend the night exploring the city and might as well sleep in a comfortable bed. This hotel is fantastic from check in until check out and everything in between A piano bar that serves fantastic drinks and bar food to a beautiful restaurant that everyone dresses up for in the evening. The location was great and safe and within walking distance to the river. Taxi's everywhere and a quick 15 minute trip to the airport. I only slept in 2 comfortable beds on my European vacation of 2 weeks and this was one of them. We had a beautiful corner room and plenty of space to move around. Highly recommend!

Yelp
we stayed in this hotel for the first time. all the staffs are extremely friendly and helpfull. the room was very nice and it gave a very good feeling. the only problem was the bed which was so uncomfortable. instead of one king size mattress, they used 2 single size mattress for the king size bed. the hotel environment and swimming pool were really good. the breakfast buffet was not good. it did not have options and variety like the other five star hotels. it did not worth the money we paid for the breakfast.

Yelp
Caviat: there was some type of convention in Frankfurt and very few rooms left in the city. That being said, I was charged almost $900 for a standard room. You'd think they would provide wifi or breakfast for that price. Nothing. While the rooms and hotel in general are beautiful, no room is worth that price. Before you ask, no... cancellation was not an option. Sometimes you just have to do things you don't want to do.

Yelp
I was here during a business trip to Europe. This is a nice, clean, aesthetically pleasing hotel in and out. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. There are really no complains other than that the breakfast is not at the same level that Steigenberger hotels generally have. I have to say that I was quite disappointed in the breakfast. However, I will stay here again on one of my frequent trips to Frankfurt if I need to be closer to the airport, otherwise I will stay at the Steigenberger in downtown due to the breakfast issue (my most important meal :-)).

Yelp
Is this the Four Seasons Hotel? Thanks to United Airlines, our 3 hour layover in Frankfurt turned into a 24 hour layover. Luckily, The Rocco Forte hotel was a pleasant surprise, and turned out to be the best hotel of our European trip. The hotel is simply stunning. Everything is immaculate, the architecture is beautiful, and the finishes and furniture are top-notch. All of this is outdone only by the staff! Everyone from the check-in staff, to the concierge, to the bellmen was amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional. They seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with guests, and are very patient to answer any questions and make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you have been craving a good workout during a long overseas trip, their gym will not disappoint. Plenty of weight machines to choose from, treadmills, etc - you will be happy with your workout options! The only thing that people may see as a slight drawback is the fact that the hotel is on the "other side" of the river. You are going to walk across the river anyway for the experience and photo op, so I really did not see the location of the hotel as a drawback. In any case, it's only about an 8 minute walk to the river.

Yelp
I didn't stay over, but having attended a conference here I have to give it 5-stars. Not because the place is stunning (it really is - check out the beautiful inner courtyard), not because the food they put on was delicious (it was - heaven in a dessert buffet), but because the staff really go that extra mile. As I was standing in line for lunch, one of the staff very graciously alerted me to the fact that I had a MASSIVE ladder in the back of my tights that was slowly splitting open up the back of my leg. As I flushed with embarrassment she told me I could pick up a spare pair from the concierge's desk. Phew. My priorities being what they are though I decided to eat first rather than losing my place in line, only for the same woman to come and find me after I sat down, holding a pack of spare tights that she'd gone to get from the concierge on my behalf. I could have hugged her. Even better, they fit me, even though I have the longest legs in the world (and were probably nicer than my original tights!). Villa Kennedy, thank you for saving me from having to meet multi-billion-pound company bosses with hairy legs on show. You guys are my heroes.

Yelp
Front Desk was very helpful. Location is good. Interior decor is excellent. Breakfast was included, but i would not pay that amount for breakfast if it was not included. The rooms were large enough for three people. Bathrooms were clean. There is a nespresso in the room. It was my dad's birthday when we checked out. they noticed, we got a cake to go!

Yelp
The ultimate place to stay in Germany. Every aspect was perfection. Customer service was superb. I was with my 2 year old with a large baby carriage. Every time I needed to go up and down the stairs with the carriage, waiters ran to help with the carriage. Coffee and chocolate treats were given every time we sat in the court yard without asking "which room can we charge this to".

Yelp
Hats off to Gusto restaurant in Villa Kennedy has now which has now added Gluten free and Lactose free foods to its already fantastic breakfast buffet. I saw Schar Muesli, gluten free breads and crackers, and lactose free yoghurts on the buffet this morning.

Yelp
If you are looking for a home outside your own home then this is the place to be visiting. I am so impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The hotel rooms are simply cosy and well thought of. I have great memories of every time I visited the Villa Kennedy.

Yelp
I am giving this place 5 stars because it is as good as it gets. Wonderful service. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The interior was warm and relaxing yet modern. My client and I both loved it here. It's a little off the beaten path. If you want to get to the city center you would have to walk over the bridge. The museum district is not too far though. There are not a lot of restaurants close by so luckily the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. We paid for the package with the breakfast included and it was a beautiful spread. Nothing like we see in the US. Freshly sliced meats and cheeses as well as several different pastries, breads, yogurts and fruit and vegetables. They will also make an English breakfast for you if you prefer. We asked the concierge about the history of the building and he took a great amount of time to tell us the story and escort us around to locked rooms. It was much appreciated and very interesting. The spa and pool were so serene and beautiful. I only wish I had brought a bathing suit -- co-ed unfortunately. Obviously Germany would't exactly have a swim shop near by. I would stay here again - and bring my suit.

Yelp
Probably the best hotel in Frankfurt, but also at the corresponding high price. Excellent location, not too far from the airport, luxury rooms but simple in style. Great place to stay but in my opinion not to eat. Breakfast is great but the italian restaurant is expensive, personal is arrogant and the food looks and tastes artificial. Therefore, only 4 stars instead of 5 (what you would expect at this price level).

Yelp
We visited the restaurant of the Villa Kennedy for business lunch. It may have been a one off and by no means do I intend to pass ultimate judgment but I was somewhat disappointed with the restaurant. While the food was of sufficient quality, it was way overpriced when portion sizes and especially the quality of service came into play. As a general rule of thumb, service is always best when unnoticable. Sadly, I was constantly reminded of it due to a lack of attention to service basics such as water glasses left empty, inflexible and slow response times in a practically empty setting, and, worst among all in any catering establishment, a tinge of attitude from the waiting staff toward parties of our group. Although I was disappointed, I will go again and hope to have my mind changed. The property itself is beautiful and the bell service / concierge staff I encountered is very polite and pleasant.
