È un bel posto suggestivo la casa è bellissima con vista dell'isola del Garda alle spalle c'è un grande uliveto.. La villa è circondata da pini e abeti è imbattersi in pavoni, scoiattoli, lepri.. La scala che porta direttamente in darsena scende abbastanza morbida attraverso il bosco.
