A beautiful unique hotel with French Colonial styled architecture. It has a small but beautiful swimming pool which is surrounded by tall lush trees and bushes. Makes you feel like you are swimming in a forest. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big, spacious and comfortable.

This sums up my experience: lovely hotel with very unlovely coffee. I stayed for 10 days as a solo traveler. The location is perfect. My solo room was dark, which normally would bother me, but I endured. The staff were a mix group -- some were very nice and competent, especially David, who was awesome; other staff members were cavalier and careless, even rude. The overall hotel is lovely and definitely boutique. I had a 2 pm pick up and asked for an extension so I didn't have to rush but they charged me half a day for it. I paid happily but was stunned by the inflexibility and rudeness of the staff who dealt with me about it. My main suggestions are they they get consistent competent staff and that that they elevate the breakfast experience: after five days of the same average things at breakfast, I got sick of eating there. Most of all, the coffee was absolutely disgusting; at times, I felt like it was mixed with gasoline. So I made a habit of going to the Brown Coffee shop down the road for both breakfast and coffee. I wish they had a rate without breakfast so I can just bypass the coffee and breakfast experience.

Nice quiet spot where you can go for a swim in the pool or just simply sun-tanning and enjoy the lunch by the poolside. I love their nicoise salad. Always want for more. Generous portion and taste good too. Staffs are also very friendly and accomodating.

Great location, amazing staff, good food and drinks. We stayed in the suit (room 4) which was a great size but above the kitchen and restaurant so noisy early in the morning. Not too crowded and a nice pool to cool off in. Also opposite a lovely pagoda where, if you listen carefully, you can hear the monks chanting in the evening. Would recommend.

It was alright. Very boutiquey. Our first room was near a noisy construction site and they moved us no problem but our second room had no hot water and was a lot smaller. Also the breakfast place had several stray cats wandering around which some people might find adorable but I don't like to eat near animals and it seemed a bit like they let them in the kitchen too. Blergh. Other than that it was ok, breakfast was decent, pool was clean etc

Has undergone some renovations lately. Now it's a lot more colorful and boutiquey . Lovely place to stay, or even to just enjoy the pool during a warm afternoon. Breakfast spread is great, although a little repetitive.

Peaceful little oasis in the middle of Phnom Penh, short tuk tuk ride away from many sights. The pool are and garden are very nice and the restaurant sells great food and drink all day. Breakfast pancakes and fresh fruit are stellar and staff are super friendly. Our room was nice but honestly could use a bit more maintenance here and there. The air con in the room really dries out the air and made our throats a bit sore after the first day. Perhaps the filter should be cleaned more often. Otherwise can really recommend this place!

Super friendly and helpful staff. My daughter was sick and they help me find an English doctor for her. The pool is a great relaxing spot. It’s surrounded by trees with open spots for sunning. Also helped with local tours.
