Villa Licht - Apartment in Kitzbühel

Welcoming comfortable and spacious - an ideal base for a ski trip to this beautiful area. The hosts were fabulous and being so centrally located, but still very quiet and private, was great! The kitchen was well equipped and delivery by. Local bakery of fresh bread and pastries the icing on the cake!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Licht. The apartments are very well serviced, with even some fresh bread delivery option every morning. Furthermore, the hosts were utmost helpful and kind, they even brought my sick brother homemade fresh soup - just like home! Great atmosphere and perfect rooms, all at the perfect location within Kitzbühel!

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Light with our family. The location is incredible, it has a great vibe. The outside bar is an amazing place to chill after a pond day on the slopes! The rooms are large and very comfortable. Everything is at hand. The owners made everything so easy and pleasant for us. We can highly recommend Villa Licht and we hope to visit again soon.

We were near the end of a long and hot walk from Kirchberg to Kitzbühel when we walked past the small but lively bar outside the Villa Licht apartments and decided to stop for a drink. One drink turned into 2, and then we ended up going back again after dinner that night, and on another afternoon later in the week. The atmosphere was very convivial, and the drinks prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

My wife and I try to book apartments so we can cook most meals in for health reasons. The Hotel Villa Licht apartment was fantastic, the best rental apartment we've ever had. The 1 Bedroom was luxurious, large, very well appointed, with two balconies with a nice view. One bath with a shower and another with a tub. It was actually bigger and nicer than our apartment in Karlsruhe! ||It's in a perfect downtown location a few minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes to the slopes. I'm a light sleeper and it was very quiet. ||They also have a nice heated boot room and unheated room for skis. A good convenience. ||The staff was fantastic. It started with them providing decaf coffee for us. Beyond that they really made us feel like family, engaging us at every opportunity, providing helpful tips on skiing, restaurants, hiking, walking, etc. The on premise inside and outside bars are very nice. Outside they have heater to enjoy the post skiing schnapps.||The kitchen was sufficient for our needs with a two burner range and microwave. I did complain about one of the pans and a lack of a veggie peeler and within 30 minutes had a replacement and a peeler.||I only wish I'd remembered to bring some spice blends. ||Coffee is provided along with some espresso and cappuccino packets that we didn't think we used, but ended up loving them.||My only complaint is we couldn't communicate to them to NOT change the towels everyday. I think they changed the sheets too. Would like to save some energy...

We spent fantastic 11 days enjoying Kitzbuhel and staying at this great accommodation. Everything is perfect, fully furnished apartment with everything you need, nothing is missing. They look in every small detail. You have even a supply of jams, butter, cheese, coffee, sugar and others already there! Renate is very friendly and ready to help. They have a great outside bar to enjoy a drink after skiing. Location is perfect, 200 mts from the center and 500 from the slopes, but very easy to access and it has parking!||Absolutely recommended to have some autonomy in a big and comfortable space but with the service of a hotel. Good quality for the price paid.

Perfectly located for dining, shopping, skiing and hiking while having the quiet, relaxing atmosphere that you would have if you were staying out in the countryside. We were kindly upgraded to Room 7 which has two full baths, a separate living room and a cooking area furnished so that you can actually cook something. Every detail is designed to make you feel comfortable - including the cookies to go with your coffee, a toaster suitable for toasting thick bread, a comfortable reading chair in the bedroom, and comfortable sofas in the living room for watching television. We had rain during our stay so could not sit on the balconies with the view of the pretty garden. The hostess is very helpful and caring. In the off season, this hotel seems to be way underpriced for how nice it is. I cannot imagine a better place for two couples or a family with two kids to stay when they are in this area.

Villa Licht was the best place we have stayed so far on this trip (2+ weeks). We had a great 2 BR apartment which was perfect for us and our two kids. It also had a common area and a kitchenette, so was really large. Even came with a “starter set” of food with jam, honey, cheese, crackers and other snacks. And you can order fresh bread (for a reasonable price) to be delivered in the morning. It was really close to the pedestrian area and also had a small pool and play area for the kids. Just a great spot and Renate was really helpful in advising on activities.
