Villa Mag

Love the look and feel of this hotel. It looks like a private villa but it’s a full hotel with private rooms. The open area living areas are great and the pool & hot tub are amazing. Very friendly & helpful staff. I had some pluming issues in my bathroom and it can be a little noisy in the morning while breakfast is serviced if you are a late sleeper since the rooms are all very close to the open courtyard. But over all I loved this hotel and would stay here again. Great value for the price as well. Really loved the over all feel of the property.

We loved staying at this Pousada. It was great for our family. Great location, the pool was nice, everything was very clean, staff very nice. We enjoyed breakfast and the nice touch of a home made cake with coffee in the afternoon just added to our pleasant stay! Highly recommended !

Villa Mag is a space taken from heaven. Every detail in the hotel has been beautifully thought about creating an environment full of charm and comfort. Breakfast was also delicious, with eggs cooked exactly as requested barely done! 😂 While the rooms are on the smaller side and first floor rooms can be noisy, the stay is still super worth it. Staff are kind and generous and always willing to lend a hand. I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful place but a few important things would improve the experience. Noise was a problem. High rooms exposing roof is Beautiful but the wall doesn't go all the way up. So people talking in the corretor feels like inside your room. They didn't have hot/warm water in the shower. I told reception and nothing was done. I wouldn't stay agai. Sorry

Beware - do not stay at this hotel. Overpriced and horrible staff. They will overcharge you. They do not clean the rooms. Electricity and power goes out regularly. Breakfast is horrible, got food poisoning. Front desk is not helpful at all (does not help with bags, taxi, etc). So many better options in Jeri. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is with no doubt just great. The interior is beautifully nature based and of high quality. The bed is cozy, the shower is great, the breakfast includes fresh and homemade dishes and the staff is benevolent, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

The Staff is quite hospitable and obliging however the room totally lacked basic space to store clothes or even basic beachwear . In order to get our beachwear for the day we litterally had to open our individual suitcase every single day , bend toward our suitcase and get what we needed . No luggage racks to be had either in despite of back problems !!!The bricks in the bathroom had mildew close to the bathroom and I had to buy mildew repellent at a local store .The toilet did not accept paper as indicated right above it and had to be flushed more than once ,which made the experience quite challenging .The road leading to the Villa Mag is extremely narrow , full of sand and bags of sand , not hygienic in the least in that there were dog and/ or cat excrements throughout its path .It is not that close to the beach : a good ten minute walk through the “center” along a path full of uphills , dislevels , pebbles , sand and dogs roaming through the streets.

This place is literally heaven on Earth. Truly one of the most magical places I’ve been in my lifetime. It was beautiful, clean, serene, the guest services were kind and accommodating. We are already planning our trip back!
