Villa Marina Capri

We spent a few days here and really enjoyed our stay. The property is magnificent, with a beautiful garden where you can truly relax, and the cocktails are excellent – definitely worth trying. The island is as stunning as we remembered, full of charm and atmosphere. The staff deserve special mention: the bar team and the housekeeping ladies were always smiling, kind, and incredibly helpful. The rooms are comfortable, well-kept, and we had a lovely view which made waking up every morning a pleasure. The spa has a vintage charm – not the newest facilities, but very relaxing. I had a manicure that was well done, though it took almost two hours as the therapist was a bit too talkative and slow. That said, the end result was good. Overall, we were very satisfied and left with great memories. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back

Our stay at Villa Marina Capri Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. Their genuine hospitality turned a beautiful hotel stay into an unforgettable experience. The food was outstanding. Each meal felt like a celebration of authentic Italian flavors, crafted with care and served with elegance. Breakfast on the terrace was a dream, and dinners were a highlight of our trip — fresh ingredients, incredible presentation, and a wine selection that paired perfectly. Between the breathtaking views, the luxurious atmosphere, and above all the extraordinary staff and cuisine, Villa Marina Capri exceeded every expectation. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Villa Marina was amazing. The staff were so helpful, the complimentary transfer from the port to the hotel and the hotel to the town centre was really useful. The room was lovely and the grounds are stunning. Breakfast was really good- a great selection and definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. If we ever come back to Capri we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Marina in Capri, Italy. Our ocean sea view room was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views that made waking up each morning a delight. Dining on-site was a great experience; the dinner was delicious with a lovely ambiance. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the pool and spa area, which was both relaxing and refreshing. Another highlight was the free shuttle service to the island’s shopping areas, making it easy and convenient to explore without any hassle. Throughout our entire stay, the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, Villa Marina provided a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience for a memorable Capri getaway.

Wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views of Vesuvius! The extensive grounds with beautiful gardens, pool, and especially the spa facilities were impressive. As an investor in premium hospitality, I appreciate properties that combine luxury amenities with authentic local character. The service here is truly exceptional - attention to detail at every level. Small tip: watch your breakfast table - the seagulls arrive instantly if left unattended! The staff, gardens, rooms and location of this hotel are all outstanding. The staff is absolutely first rate and we appreciated the ease of communication. From picking us up at the marina, recommending restaurants, arranging taxis, shuttle service to Capri and lovely amenities in the room , this hotel works hard to make you feel valued and welcome. The gardens and grounds are absolutely stunning with beautiful views of the water. Roberta at the front desk gave us a very helpful review of the island, listened to our input and gave us excellent recommendations on how to spend our time in Capri and Anacapri. (Tip: get up early to avoid the day trip crowds!) ||Ziqu for dinner was exceptional - perhaps the best overall meal we had in our 10 days in Italy. Biagio the sommelier gave us excellent recommendations for local wines to complement every course. His passion for providing exceptional service was evident. ||The only area for improvement would be the breakfast buffet and ala carte items like omelets, which were not quite as good as the hotel restaurant lunch/dinner or breakfasts we’d enjoyed at our other hotels in Italy. If everything else at the hotel was an A+, we would rate the breakfast a B. The wait staff however, provided high quality service and were warm and genuine. ||Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Villa Marina in Capri is a magical place with a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. As lovers of flavors, we were immediately impressed by the cocktails—Gianluca crafted them based on our preferences and tastes, sharing the story behind each one. Upon arrival, we were also greeted by amazing scents and the aroma of Capri lemons. Even my usually hard-to-please wife was delighted. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, a perfect base to enjoy the island. The garden is stunning, and the aperitifs and cocktails were a real treat. The rest of our stay was also very enjoyable—the rooms and the island’s restaurants we visited were all great. We are “massage addicts,” having tried many over the years, so we know what makes a great experience. The spa was the highlight. Matteo guided us in choosing the perfect massage, which was absolutely top-notch. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was evident in every step. Some of the ingredients from our cocktails, were incorporated into the treatments, adding an extra layer of sensory delight that engaged both body and mind. , expertise and passion make all the difference ,something you can really feel. We will definitely be back. The island is breathtaking, and thank you for the incredible sensory experience!

Villa Marina Capri has the most amazing staff that truly knows how to welcome guests and make them feel special. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm staff, who seemed happy to have us at their resort. As soon as we checked in, we were given a tour of the campus and all of the amenities. This was such a unique experience, because we have been to numerous resorts where you’re handed your keys and given a map to where you can find things. No one has ever taken the time to walk us through and guide us through their location. Upon arriving to our room, we had a hand written welcome letter to thank us for choosing them for our visit and 15 year anniversary celebration. Amazing first impression. As for our room, everything was clean, organized, and very elegantly decorated. The views from the balcony are incredible and highlight the beauty of the island of Capri. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need to make yourself at home and relax. We also had dinner at Ziqu and the staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a wonderful dining experience. They even accommodated a special request by sending our food to our room because we unfortunately had to end dinner early. Before we arrived to our room, our dinner was nicely plated and awaiting our arrival. To add the the extraordinary service, we had communication with the concierge staff via what’s app and it was like having a personal assistant and guide of the island. All of their recommendations were fantastic, all of our transportation was arranged, and they made the our time in Capri extremely enjoyable. They sent us to Godò Capri for drinks, and that bar also hit the spot. It’s incredible how they are able to marry this ancient island with modern and elegant designs. The bar tenders were familiar with the staff from Villa Capri and they mirrored the same fantastic service as our hotel staff. In addition, the bar staff at Villa Marina was excellent as well. They had two young gentlemen who represented the hotel well. They served great drinks, gave us insight into the island and nightlife and made us feel welcomed just like the front office staff. Lastly, we had transport arranged with the hotel prior to arrival, and before departure. The transport staff was no exception to the excellent service that Villa Marina strives to achieve. Our driver was kind, helpful, and like everyone else, very insightful about the island and its lifestyle. Overall, Villa Marina Capri has been our most memorable experience in ALL of our travels. We have never been made to feel so special and welcomed and would highly recommend anyone looking to visit Capri to stay on this beautiful campus.

5 Star all the way! Loved our stay here. 3 nights. Staff was outstanding, service was excellent. Loved the breakfast spread every morning! If you don't feel like walking, the hotel will take you where you need to go. The spa was divine! Highly recommend picking this as your place to stay. Loved it!

This villa in capri is absolutely breathtaking beyond words can even say. The service was magnificent. The grounds at the Villa are well-maintained and filled with green luscious plants everywhere. A luscious garden setting. The ocean views of the yachts are jaw dropping. Photo ops everywhere. The best part? They have full real air conditioning in the rooms. a wonderful perk. The restaurants on site are delicious. The room service is amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make your experience worth every penny spent here. There's also only 22 rooms so it's very luxurious and private place to stay while on Capri. It was so hard to leave this heaven on earth get away on the island of Capri. Thank you so much to everyone at the villa.

Look no further... you found the perfect hotel. Daniel, Daniela, Mauricio, Alessandro, (I wish I could remember everyone's names to give them each the credit they deserve). (I'm sorry if I got anyone's names wrong!!!) From arrival to departure, every single moment at this villa was delightful! The check in process was honestly the best experience we have ever had. We were escorted to a garden area overlooking the sea & offered refreshments. Our host took our passports & arranged everything while we relaxed and enjoyed the view & our drinks. Once our room was ready, she gave us a quick tour of the entire property & showed us to the room. We stayed in Prampolini (that's the room name) which had its own private patio& living room overlooking the Sea. The staff is fantastic hear. Always ready and eager to help with whatever you need, no matter if it's on or off the property. They assisted with renting a private motor boat which took us around the island of Capri. (Shout out to David our skipper who was very knowledgeable & even learned how to use my pro camera real quick & took some photos of me & my wife when he took us to some unique spots on the island where we got off the boat & explored) The hotel staff took care of the payment for the booking & added the fee to our room which made it very convenient and furthermore they arranged for refreshments, snacks & 2 bottles of wine to be ready for us on the boat. (We didn't ask for this, but when I mentioned that I wanted to pack a little picnic basket to take with us, the response I received was "sir... everything has already be arranged... all you need to do is be in the lobby at 1:45 & be prepared to have a good time) Breakfast every morning overlooking the sea was amazing with a great selection to choose from. The room was maintained every time we walked out. (Not sure how they manage to do this, but even when we would step out for breakfast, we would return to a fresh room) Absolutely no Cons to this place. Everything was above par. I would never even look at a different place to stay the next time we visit Capri. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. See you all in a few months!!! We will be back soon :)

From beginning to end, our stay at Villa Marina was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The property is quaint which creates the most calm and relaxing environment. The food was beyond our expectations and we loved enjoying our lunch poolside. There is daily transportation (complementary) to the port and the town of Capri which is just a few minutes away. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The concierge assisted with booking a private boat tour of the island (the highlight of our trip!) as well as suggesting and booking dinner reservations for us on the evenings we chose to venture out. Overall I can not say enough good things about our stay! We will definitely be back!

Il miglior Albergo di Capri!! If you ever want to stay in Capri stay at the villa marina Capri. The hotel is only 2 min drive away from the marina, with a lot of activities, energy and great restaurants. We were picked up by a very nice and friendly driver - Giovanni who drove us to the hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hotel front desk staff and escorted to the gardens to wait to check in with a Refreshing glass of prosecco. Adriana and Carolina were the most helpful friendly,professional, helpful, and sweet front desk staff I've ever met. They treated us like royalty and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Service here is top notch. The room was absolutely spectacular. Great thing about this hotel is besides the gorgeous view, garden, pool area and artistic Decor is that it is very private. They only have 20 suites and each suite is different with a unique theme (please see my pics) my suite was had a balcony overlooking the marina. Room was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was definitely the highlight of the room. Marble tile jacuzzi tub and state of the art shower and fixtures. Breakfast was great too. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Capri. Thank you Adriana and Carolina for the wonderful and hospitable experience. Grazie!

This hotel is not a 5 star. I traveled in Italy for 3 weeks and stayed at a variety of hotels and this by far had the worst customer service. On a daily basis the staff does not make eye contact or say hello. We arrived in Capri looking for our arranged hotel shuttle, it was not there. I called the hotel and they said he'd be there shortly it was still at the hotel. It was prearranged with my arrival time 2 days prior. (15 min wait) We arrived before check in, our bags were taken and they sat us in the "garden" and said wait here. 30 minutes later we received no welcome drink or acknowledgement. We asked to get lunch in the restaurant over looking the water and sat and waited there 15 minutes before any servers came to us. In that time another couple arrived for check in and they were sat in the same spot they put us, within 5 minutes they had their complimentary Prosecco and a hand massage. When I asked why we didn't receive that they said well you sat in the restaurant. 30MINUTES AFTER ARRIVING AND IGNORED. Throughout our stay the staff was absentee. I called the front desk several times and the phone just rang. Upon check out the phone was ringing off the hook while I waited 10 min for anyone to come to the desk. When checking out I witnessed her pick up and hang up the phone when it was ringing in order to stop the ringing noise. This place is a joke and over priced and over rated. There are plenty of other gorgeous places to stay on the island. When I confronted them about how they treated my wife and I they just tried to shoot me down saying oh we are sorry repeatedly trying to stop me from talking. A pre-programed response that had no true meaning and they know they would never see me again. They did nothing to try and rectify the situation with my experience this is a sad place to stay. On top of it all in my room had no air conditioning and they stated the hotel air-conditioner was not ready to be used because it was cold in the days prior to my stay. I stayed in Sorrento and in Positano prior to that the weather is exactly the same there as it is On Capri and every hotel I stayed at had working air-conditioning again... A five-star hotel with no air conditioning ? The response to the lack of air conditioning when I said my room is too hot to sleep in was to open the door and the windows...Something doesn't add up. Save yourself the headache. Breakfast buffet was disgusting. Old food, stale bread and raw bacon. I know I will get a response from the hotel apologizing for my experience, that ship has sailed so anyone reading this don't think they are sincere with their response to my review!

Amazing experience from the time we landed on the island. A very friendly english speaking gentleman picked us up from the Marina in brand new van, drove us to the hotel. The shuttle is free and will take you to the Marina or drive you to the Center of Capri multiple times daily and pick you up to bring you back. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was included every morning. Beautiful spread of meat and cheese, buffalo mozzarella with fresh tomato and salad. Eggs, champagne, fresh juices, delicious coffee. Beverages in the mini fridge were free and re-stocked daily. Bottled water, sparkling water, juice, tea. The hotel was spacious (although the rooms themselves were small, but bathroom was nice and big with a great shower) very open, very close to the marina and city center. Clientele was very nice, quiet, relaxed The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The staff were all very friendly, spoke English well and made us feel pampered during our entire experience. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.
