From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, they were always attentive, quick to respond whenever we needed The villa itself is beautifully maintained and kept very clean, with housekeeping done regularly and discreetly, so everything always felt fresh and organized without ever disturbing our relaxation. The attention to detail in both the service and the upkeep of the villa really stood out. What made the biggest difference for us was the warmth and professionalism of the team. They managed to be present whenever we needed them, while still giving us plenty of privacy. It struck the perfect balance and allowed us to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the villa. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and relaxing stay in Bali.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Massilia in Seminyak! The villa itself is stunning, spacious, and very well maintained, but what really made our trip so special was the incredible staff. We stayed a number of places in Bali but Villa Massilia was by far our favourite . Such beautiful fit out , perfectly kept , friendliest service. We felt safe and secure and could truly relax in this oasis . The golf buggy was amazing the kids loved sitting on the back watching the world go by. We really hope to return 🙏🏼
