Villa Melmastia

Villa Melmastia is an amazing property, with a captivating view and a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The villa, with beautiful rooms and outdoor spaces, provides a unique holiday experience. The host (George) was very helpful and polite, he assisted us with everything and our communication was excellent. The overall service was amazing throughout our stay, and we very much look forward to visit again very soon!

This place was amazing ! We hosted a small party and had the time of our life! This place has everything one would wish for holidays, the inside spaces are lovely, the rooms were lovely, fantastic pool, outside bar, pergolas, bbq area. George the owner was great and very helpful ! I would recommend this Villa to anyone ! The actual city center is about 15 minutes by car and the roads are island roads of course, that is the beauty of Greek islands, it’s not downtown New York it’s an island !! Definitely will be coming back !

First of all, wow. What an awesome trip. We booked our myk vacation on short notice and I couldn’t have been happier with the Villa we chose.. the place is massive and the architecture really captivating with the natural landscape built in to the design. We fit 15+ people with no problem and everyone was blown away. The pool was great, ample room for parking 6+ vehicles and extremely secluded from other villas so you’re free to do what you wish. We brought back people after our nights out for a chill party vibe by the pool, bumped music and opened champagne to the sunrise. Overall would recommend 10/10, there’s few places like it.

Villa Melmastia is an architectural miracle in Mykonos island. Excellent house, very clean, situated in a quiet area with amazing view. Very good communication with the owner and with the persons who are there to meet all our needs. Me and my friends had a perfect time for our vacations, and as i have visited a lot of places all over the world i can say that was one of the tops. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been in Mykonos a few times both with family and friends. Nonetheless, my stay this past few days at Villa Melmastia was a unique experience. If you’re looking for privacy, flexibility, amazing architecture, breathtaking views and great service from the team you’re looking at the right place. Big props to the owner, George who’s well-connected on the island can recommend, help you get around and have an unforgettable experience. Immaculate vibes, highly recommended. Thanks again for the hospitality and support. Our time in Mykonos wouldn’t have been the same without you!

Amazing villa!!! If you’re looking for a great getaway location in Mykonos with impressive views, an epic pool, spacious accommodations and one thats ultra clean, look no further. What’s even more incredible is the amazing staff that tend to the property. They are super kind, responsive and will treat you like family. My crew had the best time ever and will be back for sure. 11/10 stars.

We spent a long weekend there for my friends hen and everything was impeccable from start to finish - the villa itself is stunning and full different places you can spend time, it also has an amazing sound system and cooking facilities (two kitchens and a bbq area). The people who run the villa were super lovely, accommodating and helpful - they even cleaned on a day when we told them not to worry as we were leaving late to go out. Would highly recommend for a memorable time in Mykonos with close friends. Thank you!!

We have been in Mykonoos many times with different Villas, Here I will list why this is the worst villa ever - be careful among your choice - : 1- There are 3 strange people living in the villa ( a parent and their boy ) although they are nice but this is ZERO privacy - How come you rent a home and you find people are living with you! 2. There is No Cellular net work inside villa 3. Wifi is not covering all around the villa 4. the road is very risky, not well established. 5. the pictures of the rooms are as the pictures in Airbnb very small and many of them are twin bed, and this is applied to swimming pool as well. 6. It is very far from Mykonos Town 7. You can’t use all the facilities of the villa like Jacuzzi 8- the view is not as expected at all. 9- After we paid the amount through airbnb, we got additional fee 4000$ , cleaning fee! Very strange. 10- Location of villa is very exposed to windy weather, no any single enjoyment in the pool area, even while you are sleeping in the first floor rooms. Lastly, I don't recommend staying here at all. Choose villa with better view in-front of the port for the reasons mentioned above.
