Villa Nuccia Hotel Boutique

Very nice bed and breakfast in Mar del Plata. The owners are great, you can ask them anything. good recommendations as been said before! The location is nice, close to playa varese and very close to Guemes. Breakfast is nice too, especially if you like sweet. It's typical Argentinian with different sweets every morning. Being able to make tea in your room is big plus! Especially after a rainy day!

Very good cost-benefit relation||It is an old house, refurbished but keeping style||Even though rooms a little bit smaller than what the pictures show in the website, they are very comfortable and the bathroom is really nice.||Something to highlight is the attention, which is perfect and the cleanliness. Breakfast is very,very good but take into account that it does not include any "special meal as sausages, eggs, etc. I would say that it is Argentinians oriented. The hotel has a pool for summer in the garden and the room rate includes parking. Highly recommended

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights at Villa Nuccia end of December 2015. Overall, we had a very nice time there.||Jose was a very considerate and helpful host. He gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do in town. In a place where few people speak English, Jose's good English skills came handy. ||The room was spacious and breezy. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The private terrace was perfect to enjoy the sunset.||We would highly recommend any foreign traveler to stay at Villa Nuccia.

Very enjoyable stay at this property run by a very service-minded and friendly couple. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located, close to the beach (5-10mn walk) and close to Los Troncos (5mn walk), one of the nicest area of Mar del Plata with good restaurants and nice shops. ||Very good recommendation given by Jose-Luis for restaurants also. ||The breakfast is very tasty with freshly squeezed orange juice, nice breads and home made cakes (different daily) and jams.||Definitely a great stay!

Villa Nuccia is one of the best options in Mar del Plata. It is in a quiet neighborhood but only five blocks away from the most sophisticated shopping and restaurant area in the city. You are also three blocks away from the beach. The house is cozy, clean and well decorated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and natural light pours in through vitraux window panes. It is run by the owners who are very professional and helpful. They are always there for anything you may need. Breakfast was homemade and varied. The cakes were delicious.!!!!There is an outdoor swimming pool and parking space. We had a great stay. It is the perfect place for people who desperately need to relax or for romantic getaways.

We spent six days this February in this lovely hotel boutique. Every photo that we had seen was true to reality.||The lovely couple who owns this place put all their interest and expertise to assure that each visitor enjoys their delicious breakfast and comfort of the lovely rooms. Everything is done to perfection. The Stella Maris area is close to all attractions and to a lovely beach. A very elegant neighborhood. We strongly recommend Villa Nuccia.

Very beautiful property, and amazing ownership. I don't think I've ever stayed at a more accommodating space. We won't stay anywhere else in Mar Del Plata!

My daughter and I were part of a group of "Yankees" in town for my son's wedding in late December 2015. We stayed 2 nights at the lovely Villa Nuccia Hotel. First, the setting is lovely with the inn set around a quiet lawn and pool. The inn itself is clean, tastefully decorated and modern. It is clear that the innkeeper and his wife take great pride in the establishment and the work they've done to renovate the building (wife is a talented architect). Breakfast is served daily and consisted of café, fresh squeezed orange juice, ham/cheese/fruit and scrumptious pastries. ||||The location of the inn is perfect in that, though it is located on a quiet street, it is a short walk to the beach in one direction and, in the other, a few blocks from Guemes, a happening area with lovely local shops and restaurants. The new mall is also within walking distance. The innkeeper and his wife spoke English well enough (I promise my Spanish will be better next trip!) and were on site and eager to help with directions or to call a taxi. ||||I can't wait to go back!
