Villa Oniria (Granada, Andalusia) 7 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"How perfectly Granada: the Villa Oniria is one part classically Andalusian, one part historically Moorish, and one part architecturally modern. It’s right in the heart of this chaotic city, but you’d be hard pressed to feel the chaos — the Villa is designed a bit like a Moroccan riad, the whole thing turned inside-out around a central courtyard, and so from within it’s an oasis of absolute calm." - Tablet Hotels

Wonderful hotel, the nicest one I’ve stayed in Spain over the past 3 weeks. Great location, delightful corner room and happy, helpful staff. Breakfast choices were plentiful and it is perfect for a solo traveller. Much better than some ordinary impersonal big 5 star hotels!

This hotel is beautiful and very welcoming! We were happy with the location. Service was great, breakfast tasty. The wifi and ac were strong, The room was well equipped with a lovely patio. They brought me an iron and ironing board to use, as the room was not equipped with one. My only complaint was that the carpet in our room was in need of replacing. It was very thin, worn and stained.

This is a very nice hotel whuch located in Granada's old city within walking distance to some important attractions such as the cathedral. |The room (207) is alrge room with a superb bed and excellent shower.|The hotel offers paking for extra charge just next door.|One problem was the AC, it did cool the room very much. With the help if a fan, it was comfortable in the extrene summer temps.|Currently the entire neighbirhoid is being renivated so some of the roads around the hotel were closed. It did not create any major inconvenience.|Breakfast was very good.|I will return hext time I am in Granada.|The staff was very nice and helpful

Great hotel right in the center of Granada. The place is well selected as the main spots of Granada Cathedral, Alhambra and Plaza San Nicolas all within walking distance of maximum 30 minutes. The room we had was spacious, very clean and well equipped with all neede items including safe and hairdryer. We did not use restaurant and Spa therefore not comment. The breakfast was small but fresh. Means that a huge buffet as in other hotels was missing, however, eggs and other hot food could be ordered on demand. Bottomline, highly recommended excellent place in the heart of Granada.

Lovely hotel but room let it down as on top floor with only Velux windows so not much natural light or view. Breakfast very good with lots of choice and freshly cooked to order. On site valet parking. Loation great as we could walk to all attractions. If driving to the hotel it’s a nightmare as one way system and roadworks currently by the hotel ( very noisy).

Staff were extremely helpful (except the gentleman on nights). Rooms are clean and efficient. Loved the skylights for fresh air & the adjustable shade for lighting. Bathrobes were nice and fluffy. Products available in room were also nice. Breakfast is served downstairs and has many options. Free water provided in room was appreciated. There is also a mini bar in room. And a full bar downstairs. |I can’t help with price as it was booked thru Espíritu travel and they were absolutely horrible and not at all transparent.

I stayed for 2 nights on Business. Impressive Villa Hotel is beautifully converted and has an intimate but relaxed ambience with staff who are friendly attentive and efficient. Its location in the heart of the old centre is perfect, although if you have a car, sometimes the sat Nav is slow to react to the turns and small streets you need to traverse. I found it eventually, and parking was taken care of by a valet service that delivers your car right outside to your time. The rooms are elegant and well featured beautifully clean and fresh smelling. Most have small balconies, mine had two! Main street facing can be a little more noisy, but it's something that didn't bother me and felt like you were in the heart of the city experiencing the daily lives of the locals. The public areas were stylish and elegantly styled, there is a garden area where you can enjoy a the sunshine and a bar which will probably be opening regularly soon February is still cold at night. The restaurant was relaxed but formal with a quality menu beautifully presented and served by people who are enthusiastic about their local dishes. I will be going back as a tourist later this year and definitely will be booking Villa Oniria for our stay.
