The room is really great, clean. The hotel is well located near the beach a bit further than the old town which makes it more peaceful. The staff is really nice and welcoming. We were just not very convinced by the quality price ratio of the activities suggested. A 10% reduction is given in the restaurant nearby but there are better quality-price offered by restaurants around.

A hidden gem in Kotor — peaceful, charming, unforgettable. In June 2024, we stayed at Villa Panonija, a lovely 3-star villa with breathtaking views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just a 5-minute stroll from the beach, yet peacefully tucked away, it felt like a warm embrace after a long journey. The host, Olga, is truly a kind soul — always smiling, attentive, and fluent in English, Russian, and Serbian. Her hospitality made us feel completely at home. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the highlight was the spacious terrace — a magical place to sit under the stars and let time slow down. Perhaps the greatest gift of this villa is its location: everything is within walking distance, yet the calm it offers is rare. We spent two nights there as a couple and paid €141.70 in total. Every euro was worth it — and every moment, unforgettable.

I stayed here last year and it was wonderful! We even extended our stay by a night because the area was so beautiful. More than fair price, great location, and a comfortable walk to the nearby attractions.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly owners. We loved staying here! The bay is just steps from the hotel and the restaurant at the bottom of the road, Bonita 99, is fantastic. Just a short walk to Old Town but far enough away to be quiet and away from the chaos of the cruise ships.

I had an amazing stay at the apartments in Kotor. The host, Anastasia, is incredibly polite and kind. She was simply an angel, helping with everything. The room was clean and hotel-like, and we had a great time watching the football championship together at the reception. Highly recommend!!!

It's true that there is not great signage for the hotel but that sort of adds to the charm. We could feel like we were staying in our own seaside villa. The rooms were a bit dated but the bathrooms seem to have been redone fairly recently as they were nothing like we read about in some of the reviews. One thing to be aware of is that not all of the rooms have views of the water - which is one of the key reasons we picked it. Also, perhaps they have breakfast during the high season but they did not while we were there. That wasn't a big deal but something worth mentioning. Another reason we stayed here rather than in the old city was the fact that his hotel offers free parking which would have been something like 20-30 euros per day. Overall, it was a good stay.

Olga the very glamorous and charismatic host is literally wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and well kept. The hotel is centrally placed 10 seconds from the waterfront. Parking is tight so you may have to park on the sea front which can get very busy at times. You’ll get discount at some of the pubs and bars near by if you mention Olga’s name - she’s literally a super power in the area.
