I stayed here last year and it was wonderful! We even extended our stay by a night because the area was so beautiful. More than fair price, great location, and a comfortable walk to the nearby attractions.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly owners. We loved staying here! The bay is just steps from the hotel and the restaurant at the bottom of the road, Bonita 99, is fantastic. Just a short walk to Old Town but far enough away to be quiet and away from the chaos of the cruise ships.

I had an amazing stay at the apartments in Kotor. The host, Anastasia, is incredibly polite and kind. She was simply an angel, helping with everything. The room was clean and hotel-like, and we had a great time watching the football championship together at the reception. Highly recommend!!!

Olga the very glamorous and charismatic host is literally wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and well kept. The hotel is centrally placed 10 seconds from the waterfront. Parking is tight so you may have to park on the sea front which can get very busy at times. You’ll get discount at some of the pubs and bars near by if you mention Olga’s name - she’s literally a super power in the area.

It's true that there is not great signage for the hotel but that sort of adds to the charm. We could feel like we were staying in our own seaside villa. The rooms were a bit dated but the bathrooms seem to have been redone fairly recently as they were nothing like we read about in some of the reviews. One thing to be aware of is that not all of the rooms have views of the water - which is one of the key reasons we picked it. Also, perhaps they have breakfast during the high season but they did not while we were there. That wasn't a big deal but something worth mentioning. Another reason we stayed here rather than in the old city was the fact that his hotel offers free parking which would have been something like 20-30 euros per day. Overall, it was a good stay.

The young owner of the vila was very helpful and hospitable. Nice location, five to ten minutes by foot to the old town of Kotor. We used also their car parking. We didn't choose to have breakfast. Our 4-bed room was at second floor, with nice view as seen in the pictures of their site. However the A/C didn't work properly and couldn't cool the room - not even the small sofa room where it was installed. As a result we were sweating all night. In addition the refrigarator of the room couldn't cool enough the drinks.

We stayed at the villa a while ago and we were extremely happy with our stay. As it was out of season we got upgraded to an amazing room at the top, the view from the balcony was amazing. Both hosts were very very friendly and tried to accommodate all our needs. Breakfast was really tasty. The room was very spacious, with separate bedroom. The location is great, you have the bay at your doorstep. To the centre there is around 15 min walk. The villa offers a few parking spots but I can imagine during holiday season it must be full (you can park without any issues on the street. Good restaurants nearby. We rented a car from the airport and visited the country. If I ever come back to Montenegro, I'll definitely stay at Vila Panonija. Greetings to Mira and Radko!

Just spent 5 days at Vila Panonija. Broadly speaking, a pleasant stay. Throughout our stay we were looked after by Anna, a student who was looking after the premises - met us on arrival, offered to carry our cases up 2 flights of stairs (declined), assisted with breakfast, and cleaned the rooms. A very kind young lady, but she was leaving to return to college on our last day. Our room was to the rear of the property with a small balcony. You were only able to view the 'lake' if you cricked your neck. Little natural light. Rooms cleaned daily. However other rooms to the front appeared to have good balconies with a decent view. Quite varied breakfast, but not really to our taste (ie full English certainly not!), but nice omelettes saved the day. Excellent position for Old Town and only 25 metres from water front. All in all - good value for money.
