An insider's guide to Istanbul, Turkey - SilverKris
"A four-star hotel in Beyoglu offering easy access to Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi; its location makes it a good base for exploring nearby restaurants and the neighborhood's nightlife." - SilverKris
After a long flight we loved this small hotel. We were greeted and helped with our bags and even given some late afternoon tea. We had some friends who live in the area meet us there and they were surprised as well to see such nice, clean and roomy accommodattions. It was nice to have a bed and a little sitting room to relax in. It does feel more like a bed and breakfast. We were able to walk easily (about 10-15 minutes and some tricky navigating) to the attractions we wanted to see. The bottom floor rooms are a little noisy from the street and from other guests coming in and out, but what can you do about that?? Breakfast was served in a very cute downstairs area by a very nice young gentleman.

I won’t be offering more than 3 stars ✨ unfortunately
Basic breakfast, expensive hotel 🏨 compared to others. Cleaned & tidied up the room perfectly. I was sent to another Villa Pera 5 minutes walk from the main. Shower 🚿 was okay 👍🏼 but, the bathroom sink needs to be repaired. They need to improve the facilities and make sure everything is in working condition including the WiFi connection 📶
I’m being generous with my review. No matter what, I won’t give more than 3 stars

I’ve been to Istanbul before and this was the best stay I’ve ever had. The location is central to everything and I could get around pretty easily. Perhaps the best part was how quiet it is at night, despite being downtown. The facility was very clean and room service was offered every day! For breakfast, I had quite the selection as well. Murad, the manager was so nice and answered every and all questions I asked. When never I’m in Istanbul, I know where I’d be staying.

A wonderful place to stay near Taksim! The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help, and the prices are very reasonable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The location is safe, quiet, and perfect for exploring the area.

Hotel and its annex are 50 metres away on cobblestone roads and both without elevator but rooms are nice and clean. Location is not far from Havaist airport bus stop but the journey involves very steep slope that makes pushing luggage (to hotel from the airport is downwards but to airport is upwards so take note). Both young staff are friendly and very helpful - they assisted me to book a taxi and carry luggage from reception and annex very willingly and with great attitude.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!
We had a fantastic experience at Hotel !We would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Murat. He was incredibly helpful and took care of everything for us. The airport transfer service he arranged was flawless and very reasonably priced.
If you're planning to explore Istanbul, Murat is the best and most trustworthy resource you could ask for. He gave us great tips and made us feel like locals. We feel so lucky to have chosen this hotel and to have met Murat. He truly made our stay unforgettable!
