Villa Roma Imperiale

We spent a week at Villa Roma Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi with four adults and a baby and absolutely loved it. The hotel feels more like a beautiful private villa, decorated with so much care and style. Everything is modern, elegant and super comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing and the housekeeping was flawless. Breakfast was excellent, with great variety and a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant was also really nice, with delicious food and friendly staff. Even with a baby, everything was easy and calm. The hotel is peaceful but still very family-friendly. We had such a great time and would recommend this place to anyone. Already looking forward to coming back.

Villa Roma Imperiale is a hidden gem in Forte dei Marmi. The atmosphere is peaceful, the garden and pool feel like a private oasis, and every detail is beautifully curated without ever being over the top.||The staff is warm, discreet, and genuinely kind. Breakfast is a highlight: fresh, homemade, and served on the patio in the sun. I also loved the afternoon tea ritual and the elegant bikes they offer to guests.||It’s the kind of place that stays with you, quiet luxury, Tuscan charm, and an effortless sense of hospitality

Beautiful small hotel with tasteful all white decor. We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. No restaurant but Forte de Marmi brimming with fabulous choices. Very close to the beach and all its fabulous clubs. Can’t find anything bad. Love this hotel which we last visited 25 years ago! Still as good!

This hotel is elegant but rooms are quite small and it’s hard to justify the cost. |Positive: super location, in the main friendly staff. Pool area is well situated and the eating terrace very relaxing. The decor and art absolutely make this feel like luxurious home rather than a hotel.|Negative: not great value and the bikes are hopeless!

I have been travelling to Forte Dei Marmi for many years . The hotels there are generally small family owned properties and the standards are a little old fashioned and dated. What a breath of fresh air staying at Villa Roma .The property is a charming low built Villa surrounded by lovely gardens . The lounge areas are so tastefully furnished . The terrace where food is served is a delight. What makes the hotel stand out though are the fantastic staff . It was so nice staying there the first time that i went back a few weeks later . Cant wait to return !

Where do you start with a review of a hotel like this, this is not your run of the mill hotel this is not a corporate monster this is an Oasis of peace and tranquility. On arrival you are greeted like old friends and this continues throughout. The breakfast is superb and has something for everyone and the restaurant service in the evening although having a limited menu stands against anything else offered in Forte dei Marmi. Lovely rooms comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings within easy walking distance of the beach and the town centre and a staff who genuinely care about their residents. There's not a lot more you can ask for.|Pandemic allowing we will be back soon I hope. Ciao arrivederci.

Top service clean rooms , the ambiance, decoration, location ,externals parking, Terasse not war away from the beach and Forte or Pietrasanta, and other places could be reached easy like Sienna Pisa and many more..anything over our expectations. We where not planned to stay in this Hotel, but we where very happy to be recommended. The morning Breakfast outside was always a pleasure with such a nice service. Overall I can only share that I would recommend this place. Previously a Villa the place makes it very special.

A gem in the exclusive resort of Forte dei Marmi. A home, a villa more than a hotel.||Villa Roma Imperiale, is frequented by habitué (return Customers) that have made this property their home away from home. Some of the guests are on a first name basis, Genuine hugs are exchanges, children turned adults follow in their parents steps and stay here.||One must stay at Villa Roma Imperiale to truly appreciate the understated elegance that makes this Villa unique. From the afternoon tea, to the after dinner selections of home- made herbal tisanes, to the "panino" served pool side.||The property offers bicycles to its guests. Bicycles are a MUST HAVE in Forte dei Marmi. ||The Villa has two manicure gardens, one in the front of the villa, the other in the back where a beautiful swimming pool is a destination in itself for relaxation time.||Breakfast is fantastic, served by a truly amazing staff.||Housekeeping is spotless.||Wifi is fast and reliable.||The only shortcoming is that the Villa does not offer a true restaurant but a Bistrot of sort. Management is very honest and upfront with their prospective guests and informs them during the reservation process that the Bistrot is not a full service restaurant. ||The other negative mark goes to the pungent and unpleasant smell of alcohol used as a floor cleaner-detergent. Surely a bacteria killer but not pleasant to those like myself who have a delicate sense of smell. A fresh alternative and effective scent could be easily sourced. ||||Best in Versilia.
