Absolutely loved our experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The service was truly exceptional. Diana, Natasha and Nelly were so kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. The sweetest surprise was the complimentary cake and a joyful birthday song that made the celebration even more special. Thank you for the wonderful memories! 💖🎂👏

It was a great stay and organized our event at the hotel. We got the full support for all the team during our staying for 10 days. I would like to thank all the team, and special thanks and greetings for Ms. Virginia for her support all the time with smile 😊. I am came to Villa Rosa Kempinski for brunch after seeing several great reviews online, and it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the beautiful hosts in red, which really set the tone for a lovely experience. Host Solomon was especially helpful—he personally showed me around the buffet, making sure I felt welcome and knew what was on offer. I was served a glass of sparkling wine, which was such a nice touch to start the brunch. The buffet itself was impressive with a wide variety of dishes, beautifully presented and fresh. What really stood out was the friendliness of the chefs. Chef Janet in particular was amazing—she was so warm, approachable, and clearly passionate about the food. Loved the food, Chef Jane was amazing. Their Grilled Chicken with Garlic Mashed Potatoes was tender, juicy chicken with a perfect smoky char, paired beautifully with creamy mashed potatoes that had just the right hint of garlic. Chef Jane truly knows how to balance flavor and comfort her touch made the meal unforgettable.

Special thanks to Judith (the Lady in Red), who made a lasting impression with her warmth, elegance, and genuine care. Her thoughtful local recommendations truly elevated my experience. Anne at reception was professional and kind, and to Alvin who greeted me daily with a smile and ensured I felt safe and welcome. The staff went above and beyond, true hospitality at its best. I can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing brunch at Kempinski today the atmosphere was calm and elegant, the service was top-tier, and the food was absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Chef Janet for the incredible dishes; everything tasted so fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect soft life moment, and I’d definitely love to come back again. We recently hosted a business breakfast event with 50 attendees, and it went perfectly! Everything was organized on time. The team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, always responsive and flexible. The breakfast was plentiful, with more than enough food for everyone. We’ll definitely be back!
