Beautiful hotel with such amazing service. The restaurant options were all delicious and the in room dining was fast and also really tasty (lots of options too)! ||The best part of my stay was the staff. They were all extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. From making recommendations to keeping my room clean, they did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay here upon my next trip to Niarobi.||Special thank you to Frank (house cleaning), Magdalene (room service) and Michelle (server). They made my stay that much better!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly wonderful dinner experience at Lucca, Kempinski, and it all started with a warm welcome and comfortable optional seating thoughtfully arranged by Pauline. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly our host, Mercy Mutheu. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. Her hospitality was outstanding — she made us feel right at home, offered fantastic recommendations, paired our dishes perfectly, and even shared a few laughs with us throughout the night. She went above and beyond, even helping us capture lovely moments with some great pictures. We started with the mushroom soup, which was rich and flavorful. I had the signature Cotoletta, and my companion had the Conchiglie — both dishes were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend dining at Lucca, not just for the amazing food, but for the exceptional service. Mercy truly made the experience memorable. We'll definitely be back!

My visit was extremely pleasant! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had across the world. My breakfast experience was made extremely pleasant by both Janet and Charity. And my rooms were made homely by both Linet and Margaret. By the time my stay was over, it felt like I was leaving home.

I marked my birthday in the best ways at Villa Rosa Kempinski. The staff at the Lucca Italian restaurant specifically Pauline and Christine were exceptional. Great service, very kind, always attentive. The food was 10/10 and the mocktails 10/10. I won't even think twice to come back for another experience.

My arrival was very quick n nice . My breakfast was the most amazing part service from charity was very personalized and not to mention the hostess Marion she went far n beyond to make it beautiful. She is friendly, and easy to talk to . Made me wanna come back everyday . She is just lovely. Good job Marion n charity you deserve the flowers 🌹. Thank you so much .

We had a lovely afternoon tea as part of our anniversary celebration. They were kind enough to also include treats for our toddler in addition to surprising us with an anniversary dessert. Very welcoming staff and we loved the tasty selections.

The experience was great. The staff made sure that my fiancee birthday was an unforgettable experience. They brought nice cake and flowers. Mercy was our waitress at Lucca restaurant. She took many nice photos of us and she was very kind and nice to us.
