Absolutely loved our experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The service was truly exceptional. Diana, Natasha and Nelly were so kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. The sweetest surprise was the complimentary cake and a joyful birthday song that made the celebration even more special. Thank you for the wonderful memories! 💖🎂👏

I am came to Villa Rosa Kempinski for brunch after seeing several great reviews online, and it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the beautiful hosts in red, which really set the tone for a lovely experience. Host Solomon was especially helpful—he personally showed me around the buffet, making sure I felt welcome and knew what was on offer. I was served a glass of sparkling wine, which was such a nice touch to start the brunch. The buffet itself was impressive with a wide variety of dishes, beautifully presented and fresh. What really stood out was the friendliness of the chefs. Chef Janet in particular was amazing—she was so warm, approachable, and clearly passionate about the food. She made the experience feel extra personal. Overall, it was a fantastic brunch with excellent service, delicious

The staff are all adorable. Hotel is a bit passè. TV/ movie etc connection freezes sometimes but often and one misses small sections, it's frustrating. I found the reception a little difficult. Not 100%. They told me the room cost was 700. I genuinely had no idea they were talking usd. I thought they were talking 700,000 kes. Later bcs of a mistake they came to my room with a second card slip to sign. Then when I was leaving asked for a copy of my passport...when I was leaving! That's a first. As I left the concierge had disappeared and created a flap locating my luggage. It was fine and of course the hotel and staff were lovely but cracks are showing...like the bathroom shower coming out from the wall and not overhead... 🤷‍♀️

Best customer service we’ve ever had. We stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Nairobi in March of 2025 for several days. From the pickup from the airport by their shuttle to our return trip the service was 5 star. The check in staff was very professional. The Manager – Judith personally greeted us and walked us through several amenities of the hotel. Our rooms looked fantastic and were extremely clean. The hotel itself is immaculate. The restaurants, bar area, lounges all were immaculate as well. The pool area was well taken care of. The rooms and service are every bit 5 star level. The concierge set us up with the best guide who’s name was Anthony, you could possible get. After seeing how other guides transported their guest I knew that we received the type of service we did because we were staying at the Kempinski.

The service at the Villa Rosa Kempinski is beyond exceptional. It is literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in for service and comfort. The staff is amazing and helpful and so nice. Every time I call guest services or to order room service, the call was answered quickly and with exceptional attention to detail. The food was always delivered quickly. The hotel itself feels new with full spa and pool and all is lovely. HIGHLY recommend.

My stay at the Villa Rosa Kempinski was excellent. I can’t speak highly enough about it. The service was beyond excellent, each and every staff member so helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The food is good. Anytime I called guest services or to order room service the call was answered very quickly and anything I requested was delivered very quickly also. HIGHLY recommend. Service again, was beyond exceptional.
