I had my solo brunch on Christmas, and while I truly enjoyed the experience, I couldn’t help wishing I had gone with my children. The serenity of the space was unmatched calm, elegant, and deeply refreshing. The brunch was a lavish buffet, offering an impressive spread of both local and international cuisines, from freshly baked pastries to gourmet mains and decadent desserts, all prepared to five-star standards. What elevated the experience even more was the live entertainment, a DJ setting the perfect mood with smooth, well curated music, complemented by a live instrumentalist whose melodies added a refined, soulful touch to the ambiance. The atmosphere was classy, vibrant yet relaxed, and beautifully balanced. The hotel itself was spacious and impeccably maintained, with generous seating, tasteful decor, and attentive service that effortlessly gave rich-people vibes. I enjoyed every amenity I accessed, and the entire experience felt indulgent, peaceful, and memorable. It was a beautiful moment one I fully appreciated, yet wished I could have shared with my children.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, creating a very pleasant first impression. The breakfast was fresh, diverse, and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the variety of natural fruits and their freshness. Throughout our stay, the breakfast service team was consistently friendly and attentive, with special recognition to Charity for her exceptional hospitality and welcoming service. The room was clean and comfortable that met our expectations. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would gladly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at the Brunch. Great Band!!! The service was amazing. The food variety enough. I enjoy my brunches very much. Special shout out to Chef Janet, Philemon, Alan, Alfred to just mention a few. Good service is life. The band adds to the flavour they are sublime!!!

Spent only one night there on our way to the mountains, but will stay longer next time for sure. The hotel was fantastic! Classy, impressive, and sophisticated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They seemed to know what we needed before we did. Food was delicious. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. I suggest making your egg order and then either waiting for it to arrive, or go easy on your first round of the buffet. The eggs were the best I ever had! I was already almost full from the buffet when they arrived, unfortunately! My wife couldn’t finish her eggs, much to her chagrin! Philemon was an incredible host at breakfast. Thank you so much! Looking forward to our next visit!

*please read* Rooms are decent but a little bit dated now. Brilliant staff and great service. Amazing breakfast! The absolute horror show for this hotel is the road that almost runs above it?! How is that allowed? The website needs to be more transparent about where the road is because it massively ruins the experience of the hotel when youre at the hotel pool

Had a superb experience at the Italian restaurant. Diana was absolutely hospitable. She walked us through the menu with detailed descriptions of the meals. She made remarkable on point recommendations for the meals. The meals were sumptuous - the flavours, textures 👌. The relaxed ambiance and spotlessly clean environment completed the memorable and pleasant experience. Kudos to the chef, Diana, the stuff and management for the beautiful experience.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly at home. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Whether it was guidance around the hotel, assistance with planning my day, or simply a friendly smile, every interaction left a lasting impression. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and warm hospitality made me feel not just like a guest, but like I was part of a welcoming family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tambourine Restaurant Review I had an amazing experience at Tambourine Restaurant from start to finish. Our waitress, Mercy Mutheu, was absolutely fantastic — efficient, attentive, and always serving with a genuine smile. She truly made our evening and added a warm, personal touch to our visit. The food was excellent. We started with the hummus, which was smooth and perfectly seasoned, and the halloumi cheese, which was simply fantastic. The mixed grill platter was tasty and well-prepared — though the portion is best suited if you’re not too hungry. If you have a bigger appetite, I’d recommend ordering a side dish to go with it. A lovely added touch was the complimentary Oreo cheesecake — delicious, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Tambourine Restaurant. Great service, great food, and thoughtful gestures made it a memorable dining experience. I’ll surely be back!
