The staff is so lovely and the service was superb. Anne welcomed us and gave us great recommendations and feel right at home. All the staff with her at reception, the ladies who greeted us every morning at breakfast, even the security, was always smiling and ready to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was incredible. I really hope to be back again.

Hey there. My stay at Kempinski was just amazing. From the beautiful and amazing chefs Eucabeth and Janet ooh gosh their service was on point , I would die for another omelet they served me it was top tier. Special mention to Stephanie, Christine M, Antony, Gab and Mukami, great team, professional and warm . The room service was excellent and professional. My stay was worth while, l can recommend this hotel anytime .

It's Ramadan and I'm in Nairobi. I came to try the Iftar Buffet here and it was very good. Food was good, with a large variety. The atmosphere of the place is also warm and nice. Mercy Mutheu, our Server, was kind, friendly and professional. I recommend this lovely restaurant.

Our service crew were super friendly for the 2 days I have been around. The meals were excellent. Today I was served by Belinda while attending training. She was super helpful and friendly. She displayed excellent customer care skills.

I was there for new years. It was a very welcoming space. Our waiter, Reagan, was very professional, patient and polite. The food and ambience was AMAZING. Amazing menu. The fireworks were captivating. Would recommend to anyone at of the year as their customer service is top tier.

The breakfast was fresh, diverse, and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the variety of natural fruits and their freshness. Throughout our stay, the breakfast service team was consistently friendly and attentive, with special recognition to Charity for her exceptional hospitality and welcoming service. The room was clean and comfortable that met our expectations. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would gladly recommend this hotel.
