We are sailing around Martinique and anchored outside the town the town of St. Pierre and was looking for a place to eat dinner and one of my ship mate asked if the hotel restaurant was open and they stated they were closing early but said we could co.e in and eat. The food was very delicious and the host was very gracious and kind. I would definitely check this place out! Very highly recommended.

I came to Saint Pierre to dive and the hotel is right next to the dive shop. It's quiet, clean and the people who run the hotel are helpful. Breakfast is good; they helped me carry my bag up the stairs (no lift). WIFI is reasonably good. No cupboards and the chair and beds are very, very low.||||They had no restaurant service while I was there and recommended a popular place called the Reservoir two blocks away which was good. It's about an hour's drive (Euro 80 ish) from the airport in Fort de France.|||| The taxi service (Fort de France based) they recommend told me to be ready for pick up between 11-11:30 AM and ended picking me up at 12 PM, so plan accordingly.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Andre and Maryse are very welcoming hosts. We had a room with a sea view, which was great - all the harbour of Saint-Pierre in front of our balcony. We dined once in the hotel. Andre is a wonderful cook, the diner was delicious and well presented. The only thing which we found uncomfortable was the absence of a shower cubicle. There was a shower hose over a small bath, which is great if one likes taking baths but difficult to shower. Overall good experience, we recommend it !

This hotel has a great view of the bay in front of St. Pierre, and it is very nice to sit on the balcony at night and look at all of the sailboats moored in it. All of the chairs and the bed are very low, like twelve inches off the floor, but we got used to it, and everything was very clean. The hosts were very friendly and served us a very nice breakfast, but it was disappointing that the hotel restaurant was not open for meals. The Vaugue Restaurant, recommended by our hosts was the worst place we ate on our trip. There is no parking by the hotel, so you need to find a place a few blocks north or south of it and drag your luggage down the street to the hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel either, so plan on carrying your things up at least one flight of stairs. | There is not much happening on the beach front day or night, which we found surprising because it has a nice promenade and has nice views. There is not really much happening at night in St. Pierre either. If you are looking for a calm vacation this is a good place to stay, with some interesting ruins to explore, nice beaches to the north and south, and nice views of Mt. Pelee.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Mount Pele. This hotel is Close to the water with beatiful views and nice breeze. The continental breakfast (included in the hotel price) was fantastic with multiple kinds of pastries and fresh fruit. The owners were very helpful and extremely welcoming - especially when we called them at 9PM asking for a couple of rooms! The rooms were very clean and well arranged. The waterfront road abutting the back of the hotel was nice and well maintained but the rest of the neighborhood is so so.

A great little place in the middle of St Pierre. Certainly worth paying the extra for the marvelous ocean view rooms and going to sleep with the sound of the waves. Maryse was friendly, very welcoming and spoke enough English to answer all our questions about St Pierre. The room was spotlessly clean and had a bathtub with a moveable shower hose, rather than a walk-in shower. Maryse's husband (the Chef) was away at the time, so we were unable to sample the French/Creole food offered by the restaurant. Breakfast was French style, bread, fruit and yogurt - filling for both of us. Overall, a wonderful stay and a caring, friendly owner.

We spent a night at the Villa Saint Pierre and can thoroughly recommend it. We had a sea view room on the top floor and it was wonderful. The African theme of the decoration was fun, the room was comfortable and nicely furnished.||Andre and Maryse were delightful and welcoming and we really enjoyed long conversations with them.||The hotel restaurant was closed while we were there because of the renovation of the walk outside, but we had a good breakfast.
