We had a 6 night stay at Villa San Pee Seua. We stayed in the spacious family room. The apartment is great with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only downside is the smaller room is next to the busy street and get get noisy. Other than that the stay was really comfortable. The staff deserve special praise for their helpfulness with all matters small or large. The facilities are good, the pool looks out over the river and there is a towelservice, the menu for the restaurant is great and offers both Thai and western options. It’s extremely good value for your money. If we ever come back to Thailand we will return.

Great hotel for the value! You get access to plenty of amenities including laundry services, kitchen appliances, a lounge, game room, pool, and even kayaks. The atmosphere is cozy, and the rooms are spacious with a mini fridge provided. While there wasn’t an in-room safe (something I usually consider a must for peace of mind), everything still felt secure. The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. The location is convenient — walkable to a small market, 7-Eleven, and restaurants. Just note that there are no sidewalks along the way, so you’ll be walking on the roadside. My only complaint was the bed frame in our room. It might have been the squeakiest in history — every little movement made it squeak loudly, to the point that we kept waking each other up. It was almost comical how loud it got. In the end, we solved it by sleeping on the lounge padding in our room, which worked fine. I’d simply suggest that management repair the frame so future guests don’t face the same issue, as not everyone will be so forgiving.

We stayed here during the Loy Krathong festival and the staff are just absolutely lovely people. They taught us about the local tradition and invited us to join in their cultural festivities. Another major plus about staying here is the breakfast options (french toast is 10/10).... absolutely yum! I would also recommend their massage which is done in your room and the price is fairly reasonable.

If you're like us and love hearing the sounds of nature, this is for you! You can hear the sounds of the jungle throughout the day and it's lovely. |The staff is also very welcoming, the rooms are clean, and there is a lot to do. |When you first arrive, you're given a really detailed explanation of where to go nearby (something that is new to me) and you also get access to free bikes, canoes and the pool, as well as being helped with hiring a car.||I would highly recommend this place, for the location, friendliness, and overall great experience!

The hotel front looks not that good, however the back side is pretty good. There is a beautiful river where you can do fishing and kayaking. They also offer some bicycles so that you can cycle to the nearby market. The only flaw is the portion of breakfast, it is a bit small for not just adults but for kids.

Absolutely amazing stay. Warm staff, super cute instruction cards, luxurious pool and wonderful garden full of frogs, birds and fish in the river. You can borrow a bicycle or canoe for free, there are plenty of books to read and games to play if raining. Location is perfect too, no street noises, just a tranquille garden. Free shuttles to the old town offered together with free coffee and water at the reception. We could hardly recall staying in as beautiful and well organized place as this one. Thank you so much ❤️

Beautiful rooms among a lush riverside garden. The service was very friendly and helpful, we particularly appreciated that they made us to-go breakfast the night before when we had an early morning for a tour. Having breakfast and dinner brought to our room balcony to eat while overlooking the garden was paradise.
