Absolutely amazing stay. Warm staff, super cute instruction cards, luxurious pool and wonderful garden full of frogs, birds and fish in the river. You can borrow a bicycle or canoe for free, there are plenty of books to read and games to play if raining. Location is perfect too, no street noises, just a tranquille garden. Free shuttles to the old town offered together with free coffee and water at the reception. We could hardly recall staying in as beautiful and well organized place as this one. Thank you so much ❤️

This hotel far exceeded my expectations!! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable — offering towels when they knew we were going to a nearby waterfall, helping us with luggage, etc. The grounds are just gorgeous and made for peaceful relaxation. The rooms themselves were beautifully made up. We had the 3 br townhome and we couldn’t believe how spacious it was. The breakfasts were amazing — something for everyone! I would 100% book again.

Beautiful rooms among a lush riverside garden. The service was very friendly and helpful, we particularly appreciated that they made us to-go breakfast the night before when we had an early morning for a tour. Having breakfast and dinner brought to our room balcony to eat while overlooking the garden was paradise.

Please, don't book at this hotel as they are not fair at all. We asked if they could make an exception due to the ongoing war and cancel the booked nights, refunding us the amount. They replied after several days saying that it wasn't possible. I find this absurd considering the current political instabilità and the possibilità of terroristic attacks or the conflict spreading to other areas. Today you have kept our money, tomorrow you will definitety loose customers.

Excellent Service, their front desk was there to make every wish a reality. Location is a bit far from the city centre, so you'll need some motorized transportation Walls are a bit thin, you can very clearly hear families eating or staff working in the evening/morning. The massages they orderer were in our room and a good experience between Thai and Oil Massage (300 Baht). They happened in our room and it was possible to have 2 at the same time as a couple. Low water pressure in the shower. Excellent breakfast, pool area is wonderful and you can take a shared shuttle twice (10;00&17:00) into the city centre (McDonalds in the east)

This is a great little hotel right on the river. The rooms are spacious and have good amenities. The breakfast is excellent and if you haven't already booked with breakfast I highly recommend it. Laundry is very reasonable and priced per kilo. If you're on a long trip, it's worth putting things through. They are returned the next day. Drinks are best purchases from the small shop down the road. Turn right and before you hit the parade of shops there is a local shop which has better prices than the seven eleven which is just further on. There is a pool that the children enjoyed.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in the family suite on the third floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and the hotel garden is lovely, featuring a small kitchen and space for guests to sit and eat. The staff are incredibly nice and respectful. They even brought a small birthday cake for my daughter without us asking for it. The hotel is not located in the old city, but it’s only a 20-minute taxi ride away. I found this to be an advantage because, after our trips, we could avoid the crowded streets. With a bit of exploration, we discovered places just 5 minutes away by taxi. Once you have the BOLT application, it is an easy and cheap way to get a taxi.
