Such a hidden gem for a weekend escape right in town. The atmosphere is calm and luxurious—perfect for unwinding. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. Every dish was a treat (from dinner to bfast). Service was top-notch and accommodative and the rooms were spacious, cozy, and beautifully done. Honestly, loved every moment here!"

It could have been an amazing hotel in the 1980s. Doesn’t seem to be modernised since. Inadequate heating in the rooms and no water pressure to take shower. Had to leave for a 12 hour flight without being able to have a shower. Not good at all. Door lock is broken. (In a respectable hotel they close the room from guests until the lock is fixed). Very polite and friendly service though. The staff is great. Thats why not one star.

Very nice stay with my girlfriend. Rooms are perfect, pool area not so clean, but good. Almost all staff very helpful.

I had a frustrating experience with Villa Simonne. I was told my booking was payed in full upon arrival (which it was) but they then said later on that they couldn’t find the POP. They wanted my partner to pay the difference right then and there even though we had already paid. The staff were friendly but definitely had little training so were often unhelpful. The food at the hotel was also mediocre at best. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
