Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is boutique with a nice breakfast buffet and the rooms and very clean. The rooms are done in old style mahogany and the air conditioning is good. Very central location and has a pool to clean off. Also has a free mini bar with a small selection of snacks and drinks. Beds were comfortable and we did not experience much traffic noise. Would go back

Overall pretty decent, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Location is good for strolling outside in the night markets. Some sort of vintage look with wooden rooms, flooring etc. Food is good. Recommend directly calling them for best prices.

Really loved that this place is a quiet escape in the middle of Chiang Mai. The location is great. The staff were always willing to help with getting a tuk tuk or recommendations for activities. The rooms have cool wooden furniture. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Good location but noise from road was unbearable. Didn't sleep well during stay. Outdated and impractical heavy wood furnishings. Poor finish in bathroom and not well built/maintained. Thick layer of dust on bathroom vanity.

Must go. Beautiful design as a local house. People smile and speak English. Everything working. And a super low price. If we go in Chiang Maï again we go to this hotel, no fancy price needed !

Good: - The location is great, only a walking distance to most markets and most of the temples. - Rooms were clean, beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. - Rooms were quiet, we never felt disturbed by any noise. - The pool was clean. - The staff at the reception was very friendly. Bad: - Breakfast was mediocre at best. We really expected a larger variety of foods. - A lady in the lobby kept trying to sell us trips. Literally any time we entered or left the hotel she tried to talk to us and convince us to book a trip. This really annoyed us as we couldn't really relax as long as we stayed in the lobby.

Avoid this hotel it is in major need of updating, full of mosquitoes, breakfast is very poor, pool was green and never cleaned and a handful of sun beds . There is a four poster bed with a curtain over which had 16 dead mosquitos on which were not cleaned off the whole time we were there . There are no curtains up and in the bathroom one pain of glass is clear so can be seen from the outside . It feels very unclean and I would not recommend

Great hotel, great location! Room, located on ground floor next to pool, smelled a bit like mildew, but we got used to it quickly and had a great night’s sleep.
