We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind, quick, and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the Fira bus stop, which made exploring the area super convenient. We’re really grateful for the warm hospitality and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

everything was just wonderful, we couldn’t wish anything to be better⭐️ the location is the BEST, especially if you don’t rent a car, because the main bus station is 5 minutes away by feet. the room was very clean, there were also AC, balcony, fridge. Towels were exchanged. The stuff was beyond kind and offered help in any way they could. We were also able to leave our luggage before check in at the hotel. I would fully recommend this hotel!😊

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. It was convenient and comfortable, making our trip even more enjoyable.

Lovely hotel near centre of Fira. Close to airport only few min. Rooms are very clean and nice. Everything what you need in the room. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Beautiful view for sunrise from tarace.

BEWARE VERY DISHONEST STAFF AT VILLA SOULA SANTORINI - HIDE YOUR VALUABLES!! My family and I stayed at the Villa Soula from July 17–20, 2025. Horrifically, our experience ended on a very troublesome note. The morning we checked out, I accidentally left behind my jewelry in a cup that was placed over the counter. I realized it later that morning and called the hotel within three hours of checking out. They claimed there was nothing found in the room. We requested the owner (Antonia Koroniou) and her manager (Maria) to view the video camera footage. They said only my son and I were seen leaving the room. Nobody else entered the room other than the cleaning staff. When the maids were questioned by the owner, they said they only found a 5 Euro tip on the counter. The cup with the jewelry was right beside the 5 Euros. We contacted the local police in Fira, Santorini. Unfortunately, the officer said there is nothing they can do and stated that we lost our jewelry. No claims report nor the officer's name was offered and he hung up. We called back the hotel and they too contacted the police, despite not mentioning this to us previously. The police allegedly interviewed and searched the staff and claimed they did not find anything ... of course not! Who would keep stolen jewelry on their person while cleaning rooms. This was incredibly disappointing, as my husband saw the jewelry was in the cup. It’s very clear to me that the items were stolen after we checked out. We expected at least a basic level of honesty and accountability from the staff, but sadly that wasn’t the case. What should have been a lovely stay in Santorini Greece was soured by this despicable experience. I'm not degrading the island - just the Villa Soula establishment. Never again! Do not stay at this hotel based on their lack of integrity and how they handled this situation. They are THIEVES!!

Good: Great location — only a 5-minute walk from the bus station. Offers luggage storage, showers, and free items like water, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Check-in/out instructions were clear and prompt via email. Bad: The room and bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable. Wi-Fi was very slow. Reception is not 24/7, and we just got message to use a room that was unlocked. No refunds under "any circumstances", even in weather-related situations like canceled ferries (even with proof). We accepted this because my option was the non-refundable one. Serious issue: We found BED BUGS in our room during the night — caught over 10 and found eggs and warms behind wall decorations. We were moved to another room after calling emergency line of reception. The next day, staff said no further compensation would be offered as they had already "done their best." The unpleasant experience due to bed bugs in the middle of the night was clearly the result of poor cleanliness. They denied any fault in cleaning and claimed it was the first time, but we found other reviews with the same problem. Clearly, this place has recurring bed bug issues. While we appreciated being moved, that should be the bare minimum. Although the staff was generally kind, better handling and some compensation would have made a difference. I hope this review helps future travelers make an informed decision and have a pleasant trip to Santorini.

The front desk person was great, and the location is excellent, just a few minutes up a hill and you're in the thick of it. The rooms are lacking though. Uncomfortable pillows and bedding and the world's smallest shower stall, not big enough for an adult male. Nice patio though!

Close to city centre and really beautiful mural above the pool. Easy access to the pool with reasonable opening and closing pool times. They clean your room to the best quality everyday so we're always stocked with new towels and toiletries. Would recommend coming back :)
