Terrible experience — do not stay here. The rooms are extremely small and cramped. It was impossible to open a suitcase because it would take up the entire space. There was also a musty smell coming from the closets. The bathroom is even worse — unbelievably tiny. There’s no proper shower box, only a small curtain that doesn’t stop the water from spilling everywhere. Since there’s no drain on the floor, all the water stays there, leaving the bathroom completely soaked. We went to the reception to complain, and the only “solution” offered was to put towels on the floor or have the receptionist come clean up after we left the room to explore the city. The other rooms were exactly the same, so there was no real fix. We decided to move to another hotel — without canceling this reservation — but they still canceled it on Booking, preventing us from leaving a negative review there. So be careful with the high ratings you see online; they’re misleading. There are much better options nearby. Do not stay at this hotel.

Nice little villa close to main square. Service was great! They went above and beyond to make it a little extra special by putting some balloons, and chocolate since we were taking this trip for our anniversary. Really close to the cliff walk and main things. The shower wasn’t great, small and got water all over the bathroom floor, but other than that this is a great spot.

Had the most fantastic stay here. The staff are the loveliest people who really took care of us. Especially when we arrived early and had to leave late. The rooms are pristine, nice and cool on a hot day. The pool is perfect and in a shaded underground area to relax and cool down. And only a 5 minute walk to the Fira cliffs and town centre! Couldn’t recommend a better stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind, quick, and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the Fira bus stop, which made exploring the area super convenient. We’re really grateful for the warm hospitality and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

everything was just wonderful, we couldn’t wish anything to be better⭐️ the location is the BEST, especially if you don’t rent a car, because the main bus station is 5 minutes away by feet. the room was very clean, there were also AC, balcony, fridge. Towels were exchanged. The stuff was beyond kind and offered help in any way they could. We were also able to leave our luggage before check in at the hotel. I would fully recommend this hotel!😊

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind, always helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. It was convenient and comfortable, making our trip even more enjoyable.

The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff is kind, but the photos are misleading compared to reality, so I felt deceived. The bathroom is extremely small, the shower curtain left the floor completely wet, and we could barely move around. The room itself was also very small, and the furniture smelled like mold. I don’t recommend it. We asked to change rooms, but nothing was available, so we decided to move to another hotel. They said it wasn’t refundable, but I preferred to spend more to stay somewhere more comfortable. You might be able to handle one night here, but I was supposed to stay for four — impossible.

Lovely hotel near centre of Fira. Close to airport only few min. Rooms are very clean and nice. Everything what you need in the room. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Beautiful view for sunrise from tarace.
