Villa ‘STAYEVA 11'

This apartment in the old town of Dubrovnik was absolutely perfect! Very romantic, private and charming! The host Dube was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous! She went above and beyond our expectations!! The included breakfast was exceptional! The location was perfect too! Close to shops, restaurants and activities! Would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was exquisite, unparalleled, and memorable!|The accommodations are located in a very warm, safe and modern Villa in central Old Town within the walls of Dubrovnik, close to entertainment, dining, and shopping, but also very quite and peaceful at night. The rooms were adorned with modern appliances, toiletry, and towels down to minute details.||The receiving team being family- oriented was there for us from the start, from the curb of the Dubrovnik airport to personally escorting us to the doorsteps of the Villa. Our thanks to Dubravka, Nicholas, and Toni for making our experience 5-star, and for being so kind to my senior in-laws! I absolutely loved staying here. The service was excellent, it was very easy to communicate with the host and the location is fantastic! Everything is a short walk away and staying in the actual old town was an amazing experience. The restaurant for breakfast was lovely and very close by. If you are concerned about walking with your luggage, the host can recommend a porter service to hire to assist you. The room itself was very cozy, but also plenty spacious. If you’re looking for a quality place to stay with a unique experience in Dubrovnik this is the place for you!

Perfection! The apartment at Villa Stayeva 11 had everything you could possibly imagine and more. Our host Dubravka was easy to communicate with and her recommendations were all excellent. Special thanks to Tony who picked us up at the airport and to Ana who met us at Ploce Gate upon arrival and walked us to the apartment. Can’t say enough about the location. It was centrally located and a 2 minute walk to the sea for a swim. Our 3 night stay at Villa Stayeva 11 was so special and memorable. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a special place to stay inside Dubrovnik old city walls near the Sea and near the old port and away from the big crowds.|Stayeva 11 was just that perfect location – near the old port to take boat trips, plenty of restaurants around, and also near the ocean where you can enjoy a beautiful Sunset.|The owner was very nice and she arranged for us a pickup from the Dubrovnik airport|She also helped us arrange a porter who can take our luggage from the city gate to the hotel. (Dubrovnik has steps)|Please note – cars are not allowed inside Dubrovnik old city and even around the old city – traffic is much restricted.|Which is great for people who loves walking the old town and escape the traffic noise.|The hotel room itself was very nice clean & comfortable and included a small kitchen plus we enjoyed every morning a very nice breakfast.

If you consider staying in old town Dubrovnik this is the place to stay! Not only are the rooms very beautiful, the amenities bountiful, and details added with love and care, the location is perfect. It’s quite yet central! The included breakfast at the family restaurant is exceptional.

Just WOW!!! This place is special. Stayeva 11 could not have been lovelier, and it's the perfect choice if you want to experience the magic of Dubrovnik close-up. The location, a historic house nestled within the walls of Dubrovnik's old town is amazing, and it's literally a stones throw from great restaurants and attractions. It's obvious that the accommodations have been beautifully and lovingly conceived to retain a historic charm, and the features and amenities were absolutely first class. Last but surely not least, the owner and host Dube, was ABSOLUTELY lovely, extremely personable and tireless in her aim to provide us with a very special and unforgettable experience. Her enthusiasm was infectious, it is obvious that she is very proud of what she has created, and with good reason. Thank you Dube and Toni for making our stay in Dubrovnik very special!! I can't recommend Stayeva 11 highly enough.

STAYEVA 11 was Superb!! Everything in this apartment was absolutely perfect! Dube was the perfect host! Very friendly, accommodating, helpful and quick responsive to all of our needs! The location is perfect as well! Would definitely stay here again!!!
