Villa Strandvägen

This place is the best thing that has happened to me in recent years. Silence, nature, and a homely atmosphere — everything I have been missing, since, being from Ukraine, I can’t be at my home because of the war. I was warmly welcomed by Lisa, who offered me coffee or tea with pastries, as it was fika time. My room under the roof was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was made of high-quality products with a great selection. When I was leaving, a staff member kindly gave me a bun to take with me — such a touching gesture, as if I had been visiting relatives. I am already looking forward to coming back here again! 🌿✨

Updraded one of the dinners from our spa-package to a dinner at Villa Strandvägen. It was totally worth it. Small and cute place. Attentive staff. They even had a guy with good knowledge about wine (unusual for a spa-hotel). The food was generally well made. I specially recommend the lamb with gremolata, the fish and the chocolate cake (made with Malmö choklad).

Amazing experience 🤩 Villa is very cozy, the staff was really nice and welcoming, great and tasty food and we loved the spa in ystad saltsjobad. We did yoga with sunrise with a lovely instructor and had really good time. We got dinner served in bed with fireplace on 😅😍 the beach is so nice to come to and cool down after sauna. Definitely recommend this experience to get refreshed 😊😊

Everything about this place is simply outstanding! I want to highlight the food particularly and recommend you to get the big tasting experience. Me and my bf eat out a lot but this was the best dinner in a really long time. The wine pairings also exceeded our expectations as well as the service. All the people working there are very pleasant, knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you!

We stayed two nights at Villa Strandvagen for the cost of over 10000 danish kroner. This included spa, food in the morning and in the evening, a little vine and a room. First night the amount of food was to little in the evening , only 5 courses, where three where more or less nothing. On top the restaurant was full with guest not staying there. For 5000 kroner a night it must be with a lot more pampering and service. On top wines was extra and expensive considering the quality of wine and the swedish exchange rate. I know that for that price we could properly have stayed two nights in Paris or for that sake in Copenhagen with a better result.|Spa was as well over crowded from after two o clock. For sure I will not be visiting again.

The food, service and atmosphere were simply outstanding! We tried our way through many different delicacies and they were all very tasty. Cooking at the highest level. Especially the sauces stand out. The wine selection was also super. All in all a great evening :)

What an experience! The atmosphere is amazing - although the kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant, the vibe is super chilled and relaxed. The service was 10/10, the food even better - chefs choice very much recommended! Wine selection as well. All in all, thank you for a great evening!!
