Absolute top notch business! My wife and I showed up without an appointment and was immediately assisted by Austin Ferreira. We were shopping for a new fireplace insert for our residence. Austin gave us a thorough explanation of the types of inserts and made a recommendation that perfectly fit the bill for our needs. The whole process was flawless! I would highly recommend Villa Terrazza. A true customer oriented business!

We can't say enough about the service at Villa Terrazza. We had a problem with our Tucci umbrella (the mast part) and they totally took care of it even though it wasn't under warranty. I think they had to pull some strings.You guys rock! Thank you.

Well anytime I walk into a store and I get greeted by friendly beautiful loving dogs that's a plus for me. I was taking care of today in my search for an insert for my fireplace. I loved the way that the estimate could show an actual picture of the insert. I was able to take that home and show my husband. I will definitely keep best store in mind when I purchase my insert. The estimate was very competitive.

Theresa and Mike offer a wide range of items for the home and I enjoy visiting their showroom year-round. I appreciate their expertise, insight and friendly approach. The products are of outstanding quality, they offer great design advice and there is never any pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend them and would encourage you to stop by the showroom. We have purchased a fireplace insert, outdoor and indoor furniture, rugs, decorative items as well as gifts, and have been very satisfied with all of our purchases.

We were shopping for a gas fireplace that would supplement our winter heating and look good. I saw that Villa Terrazza was carrying the line and models we liked, so I gave them a try, and am I glad we did. The owner, Mike, spent a great deal of his time helping us choose and size the model that was right for our house and room. He clearly knows his products inside and out, and has a great eye for what can work where. When it came time to install, he had his crew there right on time. It was not a turnkey install; gas had to be run, holes drilled, vents installed---the works. Everything went smoothly, on time, and on budget. Mike came by to inspect during and after the install, which again I considered above and beyond what his competitors would or could have done. We were and are very pleased with product, but are happier still that we met Villa Terrazza. Quality and service all the way.

Great experience buying a fireplace. Tony knew his products inside and out and even came to the house to make sure it was a good fit and we had the proper connections. The extra care really paid off. I have a beautiful insert for my fireplace and my always-cold room is now warm, toasty and pleasant.

EXCELLENT experience, products and people. Helpful & knowledgeable staff. Great design sense and really helped me visualize how the patio would look. They even came out to our home to help with color palette, and blue-taped the placement of the furniture to give me an idea of the proportions. Definitely worth the trip to the shop to see the range of beautiful options and the amazing mosaic on the front door!

We didn't get to spend much time here, but they had a wonderful selection of patio furniture and accessories. We popped in to look at some of their fabric samples for some indoor chairs we were ordering from another store. What a joy that they had larger samples and they very graciously let us go through them. It is wonderful to see local businesses helping each other out. Next time I have the need to spruce up one of my outdoor "rooms," I'm definitely heading back here!

Tony and the folks are the best. We love our Regency fireplace insert, should have had this done years ago. The installation crew from Safe and Warm were top notch also, thanks again to Daniel, Jake and Jason!

You can't go wrong with these guys, they know their stuff. They also have great inventory on hand and a wide variety of items and diff company lines to see and sit in. Friendly, efficient knowledgeable for all things outdoors...a great combo

We purchased an outdoor table and 4 chairs. The store has an excellent selection of furniture of all types, umbrellas, etc. You are probably going to find something that suits your taste. Their handling of Coronavirus procedures is also excellent. We had to make an appointment to come in and seemed to be the only customers in the store. Everyone was masked. If you choose something not in stock, it can take a long time to come in. In our case, it took 3 months between order and delivery, and it wasn't just the chairs from Europe, but also the table from California that seemed to be a holdup. We were originally told that the chairs would arrive in 4-6 weeks. They charge for delivery. In our case, it came to 7% of our total order. We don't have a truck, so we didn't have a choice, but it seems like a lot in retrospect. The communication process while we were waiting for our order to come in and to set up delivery was poor. They don't seem to use email very much. There were a few times where I received a call from them and I would call them back and leave a message, but never received a reply or follow-up. The actual delivery happened after we returned home from being evacuated because of the Glass fire in Napa and Sonoma. The salesperson said he would call the next day to confirm everything was OK, but we never heard from him. I'm sure some of this has to do with the Coronavirus, but still, it's not like we were calling them every week. We were trying to respond to their calls to us. To summarize: We really like the furniture we purchased. We probably wouldn't have found it easily elsewhere. Be prepared to wait for any special orders. Don't be surprised if they don't call you back when you leave a message.

Theresa and all the folks here are true professionals and incredibly service oriented. We went to them looking for an outdoor sectional after months of searching in vain. Though they didn't have anything on hand to meet our needs, they stuck with us over a month to find us the perfect option. A year later, we could not be happier with their advice or the sofa they helped us find.

We live in Marin, but everywhere around here that sells outdoor furniture is low quality and high pressure. Villa Terrazza was a breath of fresh air. Tony and Theresa (the owners, also a Brit / American couple like my husband and me) are great, their selection is the best of the best, and they stock tons of different pieces so you can actually see and touch things. We had an issue with a Tuuci umbrella order coming in wrong and Jerilynn didn't hesitate before committing unequivocally to fix it. Our only issue is that the Gloster "Bay" furniture we have on our deck now is so gorgeous and comfortable that we like it better than our indoor furniture. If you have a bad back, this line is magical. It has foam in the backrests instead of batting like most furniture, so it's incredibly supportive.

I have been looking for patio furniture for months. I was looking in both stores and online. Online quality is too hard to trust, so I went to multiple stores. I am not going to lie, being s young professional I didn't have a massive budget but I walked in and gerolyn (spelling?) worked hard with me to get me the best deal on the set we loved. Theresa also jumped in at the end and we got a great price on a very high quality set. I buy a lot of stuff online, but for patio furniture you need high quality and high service! They offered to bring it to my house to see if it worked, and we're patient with me (I bought on my 3rd visit). This was a big purchase for us and I am so glad I kept my money local, got a great deal and an amazing set of furniture!!!! I highly recommend this place!

An excellent supplier of a wide range of anything and everything you might want for your yard or patio. Umbrellas, tables, loungers, fire pits, outdoor lighting...... I didn't check the price range option here on Yelp because what you pay for an item at this store depends so much on the choice of manufacturer that you decide to purchase. And yes some manufacturers do have strict rules on pricing. If your goal is solid, helpful, friendly advice, and guidance to the right choices for you, and a wide selection from the modest to the eye watering in price, then this is the place.

Stepping inside of Villa Terrazza transported me into a full fledged fantasy where I owned a Tuscan Villa and a back porch seating area with inviting padded banquettes, wooden tables with pitchers of chilled Passion Fruit Iced Tea. The sounds of cars passing by drowned out by the light sounds of water passing through fountains. Snapping back to reality leads me to this fantastic shop. The store is filled with amazing sets of outdoor furniture that is perfectly suitable for any preference. There isn't one single piece that feels cold and bleak, every piece feels as if it was picked for the store for a specific reason. I mainly stayed inside of the store wandering mainly because I don't have a porch large enough for anything as extravagant as the furniture in their outdoor gallery but really it was so I didn't get tempted in staying in my dreamland. The art on the walls was beautiful and priced well within range. I particularly enjoyed hearing first hand that local companies through out Sonoma have turned to Villa Terrazza to furnish their establishments. There is nothing more comforting to know that some companies still stay local. I absolutely fell in love with this store and snagged a business card on my way out for future references. Furnishing the Escape is definitely how I would describe this wonderful establishment.

We are newcomers to Sonoma and due to fire loss have needed to replace a lot of furniture. We have purchased a number of items from Villa Terrazza over the last six months including outdoor lounge furniture, outdoor dining table and chairs and a gas fireplace insert. Mike and Theresa, as well as other staff, have been friendly, enormously helpful and we have been pleased with our purchases. In addition to selling fireplaces and furniture, Mike is a nuts and bolts kind of guy who can help find installers that might be needed. We had assumed, incorrectly, that Villa Terrazza, being in Sonoma would be more expensive than surrounding areas but that is not true. Their prices are competitive. We highly recommend them.

Over the years, we have gone to Villa Terrazza for several of our home needs. From fireplaces and barbecues, to custom patio cushions and outdoor furniture. The store has Jerilynn with her savvy design advice, Tony's expert guidance with our fireplace questions and Mike & Theresa who are always there for our spontaneous questions. Due to a recent move to a new home, we needed new patio furniture and help with our outdoor fireplace. Not only did they help us, they went beyond what a normal store would do to make us happy. The short version is they went to bat for us on a vendor situation and resolved the issue quickly, making it a total non-issue. Villa Terrazza is a great place to go if you want great customer service, great choices and answers to your outdoor needs. We will continue to use them for our future needs!

My partner and I purchased a complete patio set and firepit from Villa Terrazza. From the design process with Jerilynn to the delivery and set up, they were wonderful to work with. We live in a small space, and so we really wanted something we would enjoy outdoors. Our new patio is like having a whole other room outside. Simply saying we love it is not enough, it has truly changed our life at home. We cannot recommend them enough!

We looked everywhere, even online for quality outdoor furniture that didn't look like it came from Costco. Either the selection wasn't worth the drive or the service completely lacking. Villa Terrazza was a breath of fresh air! Attentive yet not pushy service, both Gerralyn and Theresa have a wonderful eye for design and helped us in putting together a collection of furniture for our new yard. Can't wait for this weekend!

We had a large, custom stone fire ring built and bought the gas insert, logs, etc. to complete the project from Villa Terrazza in Sonoma. I did my homework online but, wanted to give my money to my home town to support local business and to make sure I would have help to set it up and in case anything went wrong. Tony Navarra helped me from start to finish. In fact, when the parts arrived (early) we found them to be quite confusing as they did not come with any sort of diagram and Tony came to our house and set it up for us. The shop has lots of great, high quality products and their prices are like what you will find online. We highly recommend them and will be back to complete another project in the near future. Highest quality service and selection of products. We came for a regency fireplace and they guided us with impartial advice for the best retrofit option for our fireplace insert. They were very quick to schedule a spa appointment with their contracted installer and gave us the best pricing available. Highly recommended for anyone feeling intimidated getting any work done on their home fireplace.

I just received my new patio furniture from Villa Terrazza and it is perfect. I have spent months on my backyard and appreciate that I was able to visit Villa's beautiful store and actually sit on the Summer Classics chair that I ordered. Teresa (the owner) brought the chair to my backyard in Marin to confirm that the color and style was right (you pay for this but it is deducted from your order). I appreciated everyone's help on picking out just the right fabric for the cushions which make the entire project perfect! I love the Summer Classics line--Sedona all weather wicker--Villa offers the best prices on this line. They also have many, many of the other top outdoor furniture ones as well as fireplaces, pits etc... Nice place and nice to shop local!!

Villa Terraza is ALL you will ever need for your outdoor furniture needs and home decorating! My partner (Byron) and I (who spend most of our time up in Sonoma now) discovered this gem of a store from a recommendation from a friend of ours up in Sonoma. The owners of the store Michael and Theresa are wonderfully friendly, knowledgable and are a pleasure to do business with! Immediately upon entering the store, my partner and I were made to feel welcome, all of our questions were answered, and we didn't feel pressure to purchase anything (which we have done, several times!) So to summarize, why would anyone want to go anywhere else for their outdoor furniture needs when you can deal with knowledgable, friendly and attentive individuals such as Michael and Theresa at Villa Terraza? One great shopping experience! Theresa could not have been more helpful to us in identifying what we wanted and needed in the way of outdoor seating. We didn't see anything we really liked on the showroom floor but she really listened to us and showed us pictures of a specific teak chair which we fell in love in. She even drove to her home to bring back a sample of the chair so we could "sit-test" it - essential to buying a chair! She's very knowledgeable and walked us through a lot of options on other chairs and even volunteered to order a chair for us as a "try before you buy" so that we could sit-test it - with no obligation to buy - something no other patio store was willing to do. There have a terrific collection of outdoor "stuff" including some fantastic fountains and wind-resistant umbrellas and are really willing to go the extra mile to help you. We spent almost 2 hours working with Theresa and never once felt "pushed" to buy....We will definitely be back for future needs. This is a great store with fabulous, friendly, and helpful owners!

I was looking for stylish and efficient gas logs and fireplace enclosure for my family room. I visited a high-end store in Marin and was referred to Villa Terrazzo. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The process from my first visit to the store through installation, was flawless. I walked in without an appointment and was met by Tony who showed me the samples and installations they had in the store. He was professional, knowledgeable and had some creative solutions for me to consider. I really enjoyed the whole process. Tony came to my home to measure and help me make my final decisions. He was fun to work with and the end result is better than I could have hoped for. He took an very ugly and tired 1970's fireplace and made it look absolutely beautiful! I get lots of compliments on it and since it is so much easier to use than a wood burning fireplace; I use it all the time. So convenient! If you are in the market for new gas logs, glass doors or other fireplace products I would go see Tony - I highly recommend him!

The entire process of looking for, finding, and receiving the furniture delivered at our home was a pleasure because of the genuine, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service. Villa Terraza has a variety of furniture for a wide range of budgets. The clerks helped me articulate what I was looking for and once I had settled on an outdoor set I really appreciated the astute aesthetic eye that Theresa and the other clerks brought to the final decisions about color and fabric. I walked away with quality furniture that excels in comfort and design. Lastly, once the furniture arrived in the store, the delivery to my home was extremely quick and efficient.

I own a winery and I had them come out to give me ideas on what I could do. Their ideas were great and they provided concepts that I never envisioned. They were great to work with and kept me within my budget. It is not often that you can find true professionals that deliver, are intelligent, and make you feel good!

I was looking for gas logs. I did some research and found Villa Terrazza here in Sonoma. When I went into the store Tony asked some questions to figure out what best suited my application. He was so honest with the suggestions about my particular fireplace. I am on a budget and he steered me in the right direction. He took me over to the different sets that would work in my fireplace without doing any modifications. I went home and measured. Tony called me in about a week and I went back to the store to talk some more. I ordered the appropriate size for my place. When the set arrived we made an appointment for his installer to come over and set the logs up. I'm so happy with my log set. I would highly recommend buying from Villa Terrazza. They are all very professional and so very friendly and they're local!

We live in Santa Rosa (Oakmont) and visited Villa Terrazza a year ago as part of our shopping and evaluation of gas fireplace inserts. We were drawn to them because of their excellent ratings and were not disappointed. Tony spent a great deal of time with us and we focused in on a Regency unit but were not yet ready to buy. We waited until just before this year's heating season, went back to them, and completed the purchase. Tony was terrific to work with throughout. He was very thorough in his explanations, enthusiastic about his products, and patient as we waited a year before acting. He kept the records of our wishes and kept actively in touch. The unit is now installed and the Safe and Warm installers (Daniel, Jake and Tyler as well as Cheleste "in the office") were terrific to work with as well. We could not be more satisfied with the Regency insert and very highly recommend Villa Terrazza and the entire Villa Terrazza-Safe and Warm team.

My wife and I have been looking for patio furniture in the off-season. If you've ever tried to find a great piece of patio furniture in late November, you know that this is a purple unicorn. Great patio furniture at a reasonable price pretty much doesn't exist, and if it does, it's usually the stuff that nobody else wants. Out of desperation, my wife called Villa Terrazza hoping to find furniture pieces within our budget. Theresa was patient and understanding on the phone and invited us to come to the shop and see what they have in stock. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Theresa and Amy. Theresa was patient with my wife and I while we bounced back-and-forth trying to make up our minds on the pieces that we fell love with at the shop. We ultimately decided on something completely different than what we had our mind set on, and they are fantastic. While price is almost always a determining factor in the things that we buy, our experience at Villa Terrazza taught us that service at the level provided here is more important than price. They were able to personalize the experience for us, and show us that when you receive the kind of personal attention that we did, the price becomes secondary to the intangible value created by wonderful service. We are both excited and sad. Excited that our new furniture is amazing, wonderful, and an incredible value. Sad because furniture we purchased is of such high-quality that I don't expect to be replacing it anytime soon. However, should I ever need outdoor furniture, I will absolutely be back here at Villa Terrazza.

My wife and I were looking for a particular line of patio furniture. We contacted the manufacturer and asked for recommendations of stores who carried the specific line and who might have inventory or samples on hand to view. We live in Redwood City and needed furniture for our home in the Santa Rosa area. I was a bit hesitant to drive this far but after reading some of the on-line reviews of the store we thought the drive would be worth it. Must say, we weren't dissapointed at all. Theresa and Michael's store; inventory, product knowledge and helpfulness exceeded our expectations. We were aways kept in the loop of where our order was in the process and delivery was made on time as promised. One other note...Theresa helped co-ordinated special ordering and shipping of non-factory fabric and used her buying power discount to get us a great price. We would grearly encourgage anyone looking for patio furniture to give Villa Terrazza a try. You won't be dissapointed. The dirve will be worth it!

We moved to Sonoma from the peninsula and it was time to update and expand our outdoor (and indoor) furniture. We had gone cheap in the past, and had had enough! We decided to go for quality this time. I had driven by the store quite frequently and one day my husband and I went in. The selection and quality of the merchandise is great. Styles range from traditional to contemporary. Firepits, tables, lounge seating, outdoor kitchen components, dining sets, umbrellas, cool hot tubs! I could go on and on. The staff are very easy going and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise and worked with us to find exactly the right style and components we were looking for. (There are also catalogs and samples to look at if you are looking for something they may not have on the showroom floor, as well.) They came up to our house to see the site for themselves and made some really helpful suggestions about placement, decor options, etc. They arranged for a superb local company to deliver the goods and continued to work with us to make sure everything was working out as hoped for. We have gone back to Villa Terrazza for both additional pieces of furniture and accessories multiple times since and have never been disappointed. I would recommend any of the staff: owners Mike and Theresa, or Jerilynn and Tony (at the time of this writing). They all are really well versed in their area. At times the store is very busy and you may have to wait a bit to be able to talk to someone at length, but you will get all the time and attention you need in the end. Meanwhile, you can browse the huge indoor and outdoor displays and "test drive" the furniture. I'd highly recommend a visit there if you are in the market for well designed and manufactured goods backed up by knowledgeable and competent sales staff. And no, I am not a professional advertiser and I haven't been paid for this!!! :) Just think you should check them out if you're on the search.
