We are having such an incredible stay at Villa Torre Bianca by Emily Hotels. The room is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with every detail thought through. The surroundings are peaceful and stunning, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The hospitality has truly set our stay apart. The team here has gone above and beyond to cater to our vegan diet, creating a special menu for both dinner and breakfast that has exceeded our expectations. They have also recommended wonderful local wine and olive oil experiences. This hidden gem near Polignano a Mare combines tranquility, comfort, and exceptional service. We couldn’t recommend it more and are already looking forward to returning!

Don't even think about booking another place. Just spent 4 nights here with my 3 children. The level of service is off the charts, from the front desk to house keeping. The restaurant is some of the best food we had on our entire trip. Its like having a villa to yourself. Location is 15-20 mins from anywhere you want to go and having the villa inside an olive orchard is just the way to get away from the crowds to unwind. What a way to end our trip! We will be back.....👏👏👏

Gorgeous estate, amazing service and close to everything (while being far enough away for peace and quiet). I highly recommend the olive tree walk and staying in the Trulli. Whether sunset or sunrise the views are stunning. Dinner on the terrace is a memory for life and I will never forget the smell of burning coffee and rosemary to keep the bugs away. I will dream of this vacation for years to come.

We wanted a place to relax and take one hour day trips. The place was perfect. The staff with Massi,Rosalia,Gaspare,and Gianni providing food and service was memorable. We did a cooking class with Gianni and got a greater sense for Pulgian specialties.Breakfast was included and personalized so everyone was happy. We relaxed by the pool and walk the Olive groves. Visiting Pulignano a mare, Monopoli,Castellana Grotte was easy .Evening meals with Gianni and Gaspare were again personalized and affordable. You must have a car here as my only advise. The Italian road system is tricky with poor signage at times but GPS navigatived us well.

We easily accessed charming towns, breathtaking coastlines, and delicious local cuisine, making it the perfect base for our explorations. While I won’t name specific individuals, as I would hate to inadvertently leave anyone out, I must emphasize that every member of the staff was impressive and contributed to making our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience in Puglia, Villa Torre Bianca is the place to be!

Great hotel. Beautiful building and great service! I had the room which had the tower as part of it. The tower has a living room and outside a hot tub and large deck. Amazing view from there.||Service was great and staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing. So good that I overate which is out of character for me. ||The location is great on top of a high ridge. It is cooler than down by the water and there was a cool breeze most days. Loved the area. There are a lot of small towns and things to see withiin a 30 minute drive. It was also easy to get to Bari and the airport there which I flew in and out of.||Can't wait to return!
