Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique Gourmet

Myself and my husband have had a wonderful stay at the villa venecia,it's our 2nd time there, and we were not disappointed! The staff were amazing,and Juan at breakfast always made it enjoyable! Food was good,but could've been hotter as in temperature, as was the coffee too,but still a varied menu! Sofia and Claudia on reception were so helpful and very patient with us on occasion too,lovely ladies! Our room was spotless, but some of it looking a bit tired here and there,Virginia our cleaner was brilliant,leaving us treats every evening too! Lots of little extras like champagne, strawberries, cakes and cookies in reception, and chocolates! It's a real luxury holiday! Thanks again for looking after us both! One thing though,the roads up to the villa can be a killer especially when you've had a few drinks and tapas!

Booked through Jet 2 for a 5 night stay in October. The hotel is located in the old town and has only 25 rooms which seems to give that extra personal service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the hotel provided a bottle of fizz and a booking in the small spa for sole use. All the hotel staff should be praised for a great stay. Rooms are on the small side however well serviced and spotlesley clean. We booked half board and all meals are table service. Would recommend.

Breakfast and staff are fantastic. 5 star.|Juan, Anna and Sarah in particular are very helpful and always polite and welcoming. Came here last year and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Came again this year 2025 and experienced a few issue's. The room card had to be changed on 3 occasions as unable to access the room, jacuzzi upstairs was not working most days and shower sockets also need maintenance. From the very first moment, the service was impeccable – the staff were friendly,(Claudia) attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel’s location is simply perfect, with breathtaking sea views that make every moment feel special.||Our room was comfortable, elegant, and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, offering high-quality products and a wide variety.||Without a doubt, it was a magnificent stay. The perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a romantic getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We booked this hotel after reading the 5 star reviews. On arrival we were met by Claudia who offered us a drink on arrival, she took our details and informed us that our room would be ready within 20 minutes..and it was.|The room was lovely with that sea view that is a must if you are booking to stay here, waking up in the morning to that is out of this world, the bed is firm(just how I like it) the hotel is quiet too.|Breakfast :- There is a lot to choose from. Juan our waiter was so attentive, nothing was too much trouble, he was very personable and remembered the little things.|Would definitely return.

Had a 4 night stay at this hotel. A very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Not too busy so speaking with staff or eating in was always quick and attentive. Room was clean and tidy and had amazing views out to the sea. It's located in a quiet part of the town. I would recommend. Particular thanks to CLAUDIA on reception who welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around, great first impressions. Also a big thank you to JUAN who served us daily for breakfast. Always smiling, hard working and attentive, a great asset to the hotel and always made the start to our day enjoyable. Thank you.

We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant Llum Del Mar with our family. Our server Juan was outstanding and very friendly. We had the burata as a starter, the crispy suckling pig and French lamb for main course. Very delicate and nice arranged at the plate. Tasteful and delicious food. We highly recommend this place. And ask for Juan!!

Attention to detail from all the staff made our stay the best ever experience we have received in any hotel. Care from checking in to checking out with no request too much trouble. Food, location, view, amenities and cleanliness exceptional. A big thank to Mohammed who made our check out at 4.00am as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who comes to Benidorm seeking real 5 star accommodation from start to finish Thank you to all at Villa Velencia for making our stay an unforgettable experience.
