Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique Gourmet

This is a superb hotel. From entering on arrival the staff are excellent. So friendly and cannot do enough for you. Housekeeping keep the room immaculate throughout our stay with good quality towels and bed linen. There was a very well stocked fridge and fresh bottled water each day. Being taken to our junior suite on the second floor with spectacular views from both the window in the bedroom looking out to sea to the side windows over looking the square and viewing point. The room was spacious with excellent clothes storage comfy leather sofa and chairs. The bed and pillows led to a very comfortable sleep. Bathroom with powerful shower and whirlpool bath. We booked bed and breakfast. The breakfast was amazing from the starter selection of cold meats pastries and toast to the multiple selection of hot offerings. You can eat outside on the terrace or in the restaurant. The morning staff as all staff so welcoming and attentive to our needs. On leaving the hotel, Muhammad made sure we had a great send.off and thank him for being so courteous.

A really Fab hotel, from the minute we arrived we knew we had made the right choice, views are amazing from everywhere. Easy quick check in with welcome drink, room was ready early, compact but clean and functional with great double opening windows with full sea view and great views of Benidorm. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff lovely (2 ladies), could not have been better and more helpful. Such a quiet and good night sleep. Would not hesitate to return. If I was looking for faults the bathroom was slightly tired looking.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. From arrival to departure we could not fault the staff and our beautiful deluxe sea view rooms. We arrived to be greeted with complementary bubbly before being taken to our rooms. The rooms were compact but beautiful and we also had chocolate strawberries and a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. Sleeping with the big double windows open in the eveing listening to the waves was very relaxing and therapeutic. All in all a wonderful stay.

We visited the restaurant but did not stay at the hotel. Let me just say that the view alone is incredible. The food and the service did not disappoint either. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was phenomenal and we asked our server twice to please tell the chef how talented he was and how much we enjoyed his creations. It’s rare that you find a spot that delivers this well! Our server Lucia was incredible and made our evening. Five stars!

Amazing location for the old town of Benidorm.|Very friendly welcoming from super staff especially Claudia. Our room was ready on time and courtesy bottle of drink, nice touch.|Can’t fault the first class breakfast and lovely staff especially Anna. Nice chill out area on the roof with jacuzzi, steam room and nice little Hydro pool. Or if you choose beach 2mins down the steps and the hotel offer you courtesy beach towels (No Charge) nice touch.|Tapas Ally is 2 minutes walk for some amazing restaurants but the whole area is lovely. This is our 3rd time staying at this lovely hotel and back again in October.

Wow wow wow !!! The best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the second we arrived to the moment we left the experience was fantastic. Staff were extremely attentive. Hotel was beautiful and breakfast was relaxed and very tasty. Bottle of cava in our room when we arrived. Bottle of Prosecco for our last night. Views from hotel spectacular. The hotel is situated in the old town and we had a private transfer that took us right outside the hotel. Can’t wait to|Come back in august. Thankyou very much for a lovely stay

The Hotel is situated on a landmark overlooking the two famous beaches of Benidorm. We had one o the double rooms. Breathtaking view, only matched by the friendly staff. Breakfast extraordinary. My wife even was greeted by the staff on her birthday with a small cake at b/f. Thank you for that wonderful weekend. Matthias

Here’s a polished review based on your experience: Our stay at this hotel had both positives and drawbacks. On arrival, we were welcomed with an alcoholic drink, but only two glasses, not served on a tray. As we don’t drink alcohol, we asked if there were any non-alcoholic alternatives like juice or soft drinks, but were told there were none. However, the next day, we noticed that new guests were given drinks served on a tray with nuts. While I don’t believe we were intentionally treated differently, this might have been due to inexperienced staff. Breakfast was lovely, and the hotel itself offers a beautiful view with well-maintained rooms. However, we had half board for three nights, and the à la carte menu remained the same throughout. By the second day, I found it difficult to select something new, especially as I don’t eat meat. There were very few options and no dedicated vegetarian dishes on the menu, which was disappointing. On a positive note, when I mentioned that we wouldn’t be dining at the hotel the next evening, they kindly offered us the option to dine at one of their other hotels for a buffet dinner, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, while the hotel has a lot going for it in terms of ambiance and views, the dining experience, especially for non-meat eaters, could be improved. Some better staff training and more inclusive menu options would make a big difference.
