Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique Gourmet

This hotel is absolutely amazing and I can't recommend it highly enough. On arrival, before we'd even got out of the taxi, Claudia was there to greet us and help with our luggage. Check in was so smooth and we were given a lovely cold glass of Cava each while Claudia took care of everything. I enquired whether our room had a balcony and it didn't but Claudia managed to change our room at no extra charge. |The room was amazing (46) and had the most wonderful views. The bathroom was fantastic, with three separate areas, a separate bath and shower, the sink area and a separate toilet and bidet. Housekeeping was fantastic, and each night, the staff came in with cholates left on our pillows, they also had a quick tidy whilst they were there!. |Breakfast was fantastic, you start with a basket containing cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and pastries, along with toast and preserves. On 3 of the 6 morning we were there this was enough, but it you want more there is an extensive menu, we tried the poached eggs, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, eggs benedict and Spanish omelettes, all amazing. |I had an exfoliation and facial whilst I was there, again fantastic and one of the best facials I've had. |We only had dinner at the hotel on one night, it was very nice but quite a limited menu. |Just before our holiday, I had a panic about there being no pool but I really needn't have worried, the roof terrace area is lovely, never busy, and the plunge pool perfect. |The area is lovely with beaches, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, we ventured into the new town once but it's really not for us!!. |Thank you to all the staff at the Villa Venecia, we had the best time and we will be back xx

This is a superb hotel. From entering on arrival the staff are excellent. So friendly and cannot do enough for you. Housekeeping keep the room immaculate throughout our stay with good quality towels and bed linen. There was a very well stocked fridge and fresh bottled water each day. Being taken to our junior suite on the second floor with spectacular views from both the window in the bedroom looking out to sea to the side windows over looking the square and viewing point. The room was spacious with excellent clothes storage comfy leather sofa and chairs. The bed and pillows led to a very comfortable sleep. Bathroom with powerful shower and whirlpool bath. We booked bed and breakfast. The breakfast was amazing from the starter selection of cold meats pastries and toast to the multiple selection of hot offerings. You can eat outside on the terrace or in the restaurant. The morning staff as all staff so welcoming and attentive to our needs. On leaving the hotel, Muhammad made sure we had a great send.off and thank him for being so courteous.

We booked this hotel as my husband had looked at it on a previous visit to Benidorm, and I’m so glad we did! Situated on the perfect spot in the old town we were not disappointed. The restaurant and rooms have a spectacular sea view and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast is outstanding and the service all round was fantastic. You would never know you were in the heart of Benidorm because we had the most peaceful hotel sleep ever! Beach towels are provided if you need them and we made full use of them by visiting different parts of the beach every day. Whether you want a ten minute walk into the new town to visit the strip or stay and drink sangria in the old town, this hotel is for you. I can’t wait to visit again.

A really Fab hotel, from the minute we arrived we knew we had made the right choice, views are amazing from everywhere. Easy quick check in with welcome drink, room was ready early, compact but clean and functional with great double opening windows with full sea view and great views of Benidorm. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff lovely (2 ladies), could not have been better and more helpful. Such a quiet and good night sleep. Would not hesitate to return. If I was looking for faults the bathroom was slightly tired looking.

We visited the restaurant but did not stay at the hotel. Let me just say that the view alone is incredible. The food and the service did not disappoint either. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was phenomenal and we asked our server twice to please tell the chef how talented he was and how much we enjoyed his creations. It’s rare that you find a spot that delivers this well! Our server Lucia was incredible and made our evening. Five stars!

Amazing location for the old town of Benidorm.|Very friendly welcoming from super staff especially Claudia. Our room was ready on time and courtesy bottle of drink, nice touch.|Can’t fault the first class breakfast and lovely staff especially Anna. Nice chill out area on the roof with jacuzzi, steam room and nice little Hydro pool. Or if you choose beach 2mins down the steps and the hotel offer you courtesy beach towels (No Charge) nice touch.|Tapas Ally is 2 minutes walk for some amazing restaurants but the whole area is lovely. This is our 3rd time staying at this lovely hotel and back again in October.

Wow wow wow !!! The best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the second we arrived to the moment we left the experience was fantastic. Staff were extremely attentive. Hotel was beautiful and breakfast was relaxed and very tasty. Bottle of cava in our room when we arrived. Bottle of Prosecco for our last night. Views from hotel spectacular. The hotel is situated in the old town and we had a private transfer that took us right outside the hotel. Can’t wait to|Come back in august. Thankyou very much for a lovely stay

We were given a very nice room, everything very clean. All the staff were friendly. The food at breakfast is of good quality. The reception (Claudia) staff was warm and professional. We will be back for sure, and recommended if you want to have a special and luxury experience in Benidorm.
