Sometimes… “relaxation” isn’t about being by the sea 🏖️ It’s about the sound of a waterfall flowing beside your villa and the sweet smiles of the staff. This trip, I stayed at Villa Zolitude Resort & Spa, and the Waterfall Duplex Pool Villa is truly the definition of luxurious relaxation — the upper floor offers a stunning view of lush rainforest 🌿, while the lower floor features a private pool where you can hear the soothing sound of the waterfall all night long. The bedroom is incredibly spacious, filled with a light herbal scent, and the bed is so comfy it practically pulls you in (haha). Breakfast was absolutely delicious! A big thank-you to all the wonderful staff — you made me feel like I was staying at a dear friend’s warm, welcoming home 🏡. And a special thanks to Khun Aey Kanlaya for the free upgrade 🙏 If you’re feeling tired and need a peaceful escape to reset yourself, come here — you’ll understand that “tranquility can be truly luxurious.”

This was truly an amazing stay. This was my second time since I consider it to be one of my happy places. The villa is large and spacious with beautiful views. Before I went my second time, since it had been 5 years, I expected the restaurant and room service prices to be a bit high since the villa was a little expensive but the prices are extremely reasonable. Also, the food was absolutely amazing. I recommend the club sandwich as well as pad see ew. I’m hungry just thinking about those dishes. Also, the manager Roong as well as the check in staff were amazing! Also, your villa is thoroughly cleaned everyday by amazing staff! I was lucky to go to the spa and get an amazing 30 minute stress relief massage. Considering how good of a price it was, I was shocked with how good it was. My mom had the aqua hair therapy treatment and she says it isn’t worth the price since your hair is just being washed with commercial shampoo multiple times. But overall, the stay was amazing! I can’t wait to go back soon! Oh and the pool in your villa is amazing!

All the staff were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. We had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Villa Zolitude. On our last night, my partner unfortunately got food poisoning from a meal outside the hotel and was very sick when we returned. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, they provided everything we needed with genuine care, arranged an ambulance, and reminded us of the things to prepare and take note of when seeking medical treatment. We are truly grateful for their kindness and support.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa during our Bali trip. It has 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, each well designed for comfort and privacy. The living and dining areas are large and perfect for gathering as a family. We especially enjoyed the lap pool, which was great for both relaxation and a refreshing swim. A beautiful place to unwind and enjoy Bali!

Tranquility, relaxing, luxury and supreme service. Our friends recommended staying here and we will forever appreciate that advice. It was amazing. The breakfast was ten out of ten. Dinner was to the very same high standard. The villa was incredible

I love this place so much. We come here for our honeymoon trip and request just for honeymoon bedding decoration but instead the whole stay they treat us with good honeymoon experience! Their service was very fast and efficient and all of the staffs were so friendly and really take good care of their attitude. Superb experience ever from the Villa Zolitude staffs and management! Hope to come again in the future.

The Villa We stayed in a pool villa, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. The design blends modern luxury with nature, giving you floor-to-ceiling views of the forest, birdsong as your morning alarm, and complete privacy. Waking up, sliding open the curtains, and stepping straight into our own private pool with the jungle stretching out in front of us was nothing short of magical. The villa itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. The little touches stood out—fresh fruit, thoughtful amenities, and staff checking in just enough to make sure we were comfortable without ever intruding on our sense of seclusion. The Service The staff at Villa Zolitude are a big part of why the experience felt so special. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant team, radiated warmth. They greeted us by name, remembered our preferences, and always went out of their way to help with a genuine smile. It never felt like “service”—it felt like we were being cared for by friends.
