Food was so delicious. Try the Sopa de Crema Sol y Luna. Very good service. Nice pool. Clean place. Shower water pressure was awesome.

I visited this hotel as a tour leader with a group of 16 persons. |The hotel is well located close to the pyramid site, quaint and charming, but the rooms are small and the beds small and not so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was not working at all in the rooms and even in the lobby. Regardless of the size of the rooms and the Wi-Fi the major problem with this hotel was that it was not heated well. Some rooms had a general heating working but half of the rooms were not heated, and guests got cold and complained. |We didn’t understand why it is called Hotel and SPA as there is nothing related to a SPA, no massage, no health treatments, no jacuzzi, no sauna,,,, nothing of all that… It shouldn’t be called SPA at all.|All the personnel of this hotel do not speak English, they speak only Spanish. It is a problem at the front desk and at the restaurant… It was difficult to understand the menus and food offerings. Breakfast was not a buffet, ‘a la carte’ , very basic, not very generous.

BUYER BEWARE: If you book this reservation on Expedia, in microprint they write "Check in available ONLY between 3-5 PM" In other words, if you arrive at 5:30 PM you're completely out of luck. They refused to refund me. One has to believe most of these other reviews are fake. Teotihuacan is around 1-2 hours away from Mexico City (depending on which part of the city you depart from and traffic) and so, especially on days with traffic, I'd imagine a LOT of people end up being past the 5PM deadline. Moreover, who has ever heard of a hotel with such absurd policy?? I've never seen anywhere else, a hotel with ONLY TWO HOUR check-in window. To conclude, this gives me a great business idea, just going to make a hotel with 3:00 to 3:01 check-in window, put it on Expedia, and collect money for free. BEWARE! In response to the response left by owner: Our cab dropped us off at your hotel, there was nobody at the gate, the phone number painted on the wall went straight to voicemail as did the number online. We were stranded in front of your hotel with our luggage until we ultimately had to get another car to go a mile down the road to a different hotel. You then refused us a refund after we complained and showed you a documented receipt from our other hotel for the day we booked your hotel.

I found the rooms a bit basic but they were clean and authentic. The pool was closed but then it was winter . The staff were very pleasant and the stay overall was good . Can be noisy as Mexicans love fireworks at any time of night . Add to that a train whistle starting at 5. However you are right next to the pyramids so all ends well

We arrived late afternoon after half a day at the pyramids. Our expectations were not much - but surprise it is a nice place. The bed in our room was tiny, but otherwise good for a short stay. The shower was very good - the towels not so. We had supper in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. One of the most flavorful on our whole trip. The pool was very cold - so it was an architectural accent piece. We had arranged for a car to take us to the MXC North bus station and the diver was prompt and fleet footed. All in all a good experience.

Clean!! Our room had single and double beds. Restaurant and bar. Great breakfast! Walking distance to pyramids. There is a nice sized pool. There is a spa and you can arrange a massage. The parking is secure behind two gates. What else do you need?

Excelent place to stay if you want to check out the nearby pyramids to walking distance. Rooms are on the smaller end but still nice and pretty, service is very good and there's a nice pool.

Our family of 7 loved this hotel, we fit 2 adults and 5 kids comfortably in a family suite + standard room. Lots of beautiful spaces to hang out on the property, excellent restaurant, convenient to the sites, very professional staff.
