Amazing view on the Bay, very quiet. A bit remote from the city still walking distance from the fishing peer.

Chill Hotel. + awesome view + Pool w awesome view - not really a vibe - location bit out of town, so your walk home is kind of a task

Fantastic spot. Well-maintained, friendly and helpful staff and INCREDIBLE VIEWS! The walk to centro Zihua requires going down a lot (165) of steps, but it's still pretty easy to get there (about 10-15 mins). It's a nice climb back to close out the day, or an easy and cheap cab ride. The restaurant on location is closed but there are a few good ones (though on the expensive side) nearby.

Currently staying here Nov 23 to Nov 30 2022|Beautiful little place with the best views of Zihuatenajo ||The rooms are very clean and the pool is cleaned every evening, the staff are very nice and friendly. |Downtown is a short walk down 170 stairs and then an easy cobbled Road along the bay to town, maybe a 10 minute walk. There’s a nice cat that hangs out at the bottom of the stairs , I bought some food to feed it each day, I think it’s been fed well by other tourists also. It’s very inexpensive to take a taxi back if you don’t want to walk the stairs or walk back in the dark. ||The hotel has beautiful sky views of sunrise and sunset||I have stayed in Ixtapa a few times , which is geared to all inclusive destinations. Zihuatenajo is more, the Mexican experience, lots of great little restaurants and bars. I think it’s 13 pesos to hop on a bus if you want to experience Ixtapa for the day|

I wanted to say that we haven’t arrived yet and already we have been receiving excellent service. Every question I have had has been answered promptly and friendly by knowledgeable staff. I feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I can hardly wait to arrive at Villa El Morro. This is clearly a professional well operated establishment.

Awesome! Super clean and friendly. Incredible views from room and pool. Good prices. Close to downtown, but away from the noisy bars.

A group of us, 4 stayed here 3 nights. The first night we were in two separate rooms, one with hot water, one without. We moved to the large 2 bedroom suite with small pool / hot tub on the top of the hotel and again, tepid to no hot water. Views are spectacular but to obtain those, there are many steps / stairs. Easy access to the village via car, walking would be tough, at least getting back to the hotel. Little restaurant is adequate for a quick meal but there are many wonderful dining options nearby that are much better.

Love this hidden gem up in the hills. I really love my ocean view room with a balcony and feels like a mini kitchen with the room. I can watch the sunrise on the balcony of course late January early February and fisherman going in and out to fish and stuff. Lots of fun friendly people stayed there as well. Awesome pool with a lovely view and a close by bathroom which was really clean. The rooms were had nice good materials to make such in the bathroom has decorated sink and towel holders. The shower runs great and hot water right away. The wifi service is great and a tv that has all kinds of channels and in English too. Nice big fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwaves, utensils. All this yet what a deal great price better than expected. There's also a mini bar restaurant below it that does happy hour too and people sweeping the property and cleaning the pool compared to some expensive place where the pool looks a bit dirty. If you don't mind walking down and up the hill you can always catch a ride that passes by all the time or cab to downtown. Definitely when in Zihuatanejo will be coming back here with friends.
