Villea Port Dickson

Stayed here for 2 nights during a company event. Overall the place looks well-maintained. My unit was a spacious family suite with 3 rooms but no kitchenette. Room was clean but there's a problem with the sewage plumbing because some odours travel back up. The pool looks good but I had no chance to use it because it's closed by 7pm. There's also a stretch of beach near the function rooms. Can check out mangrove trees and hermit crabs during low tide. The fence gate also closes at 7pm. Function rooms have very strong air conditioning. Made good use of their coffee machines during my stay there. Food was decent, mostly Malay cuisine. Loved their hearty soups which contained lots of meat and vegetables. Other facilities include karaoke.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfect for families with young children. The pool is great for kids, and the beautiful beach is just steps away. Dinner was a highlight — you can choose between an affordable à la carte menu or a buffet by the pool, complete with a big screen for movie nights. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of both local and western dishes. The kids club kept the little ones entertained, making it a stress-free and enjoyable experience for parents. Highly recommended for a fun and relaxing family getaway!

Overall, the experience was decent, though not without a few issues.The room I was assigned had a lovely view overlooking the pool, which made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities were acceptable and mostly met expectations. There was a small patch of beach nearby – not expansive, but enough for a quick stroll or to sit and enjoy the sea breeze.For the buffet meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all acceptable with a fair selection of dishes. While the food wasn’t particularly memorable, it was satisfying and consistent throughout my stay.However, I did encounter a small issue with the room. Although it was generally clean, I was given a room with two single beds and unfortunately, one of them was dirty upon arrival. Additionally, I noticed a few small pebbles on the floor, which suggested housekeeping might have missed a spot.Despite this, the stay was comfortable enough for a short visit. With some improvements to room cleanliness, this hotel could easily earn a higher rating.

Stayed a room facing the pool — nice view, but you’ll need to keep the blinds closed for privacy. There’s a small patch of beach, which was not bad, and the hotel facilities are generally acceptable. Parking was smooth, especially since I arrived early. Tried the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets — all decent with a fair variety. Room was overall clean, though I did notice some small pebbles and one of the single beds (the one near the door) wasn’t properly cleaned. Thankfully, the other bed was fine. Worked out well for a solo trip.

We came from KL & had our Family Day event in Hotel Villea PD for 70 pax on 12-13 April 2025 and we enjoyed so much. The staffs are so friendly especially Pn Adijah who have arranged all our rooms, needs & area for our sukaneka games etc. Rooms with reasonable price & are well maintained. Bfast was awesome. We strongly recommended this hotel & for sure we will come back again for our next event. Keep it up for the excellent service .

The hotel is kinda old and has some cleanliness issue. We found toothpick & dead bugs on the floor, there are a lot of wasp at night that flew into the bathroom, you'd find many died on the floor in the morning.Breakfast is seriously a question, I paid double the price from what I would normally paid for a 2d1n and naturally expecting good breakfast selection but it was a disappointment, they repeated the same menu, limited choices w typical nasi lemak fried mihun sausages hash brown , 3 types of bread, egg section, porridge & fruits section, and a roti canai section.We came at the wrong time as some company team building is going on, its loud even if you requested for a quiet room, you'd hear children playing from the pool, too many people and the room is not sound proofed, you'd hear ppl talking and dry blowing sounds from another room. Beach is not clean as they claimed. Overall not worth for the price I paid.

Stayed at the 3 bedroom poolside terrace. 1. So many cockroaches in the room. We caught more than 5 in one night. Disgusting. 2. Children under 12 should not be allowed in the gym for safety reasons. Gym is not a playroom for kids. There should be a guard to tell them not to enter. 3. There's gaps in the toilet letting all the mosquitoes in. Had to fight with cockroaches and mosquitoes all night. This room is not worth the money. You really need to work on the hygiene. Totally revolting. Hope you can improve soon.

Overall, my stay was good. The room was comfy and clean, and the staff were nice. The only thing that could be better was breakfast. The food was okay, but there weren't many different things to choose from. For a 4-star hotel, having more choices for breakfast would be great.
