Specialty coffee and good vibes are what I need to start my morning right. I only had time for a flat white and batchie take away but the menu had me in no doubts you will be well feed if you have the time.

Very beautiful space, super friendly stuff and quite good coffee. We found the milk to be a slightly overheated and a bit bubbly. Taste was good but the milk could have been better. They have absolutely gorgeous merch for gifts and those sort of things. A bit pricy but very cool

Must try coffee is the city!!! We have an iced long black and an iced latte, both were excellent!! For coffee lovers, u can get some nice coffee beans as well.

I got date balls and a long black made from a selection of single-origin coffee beans. The coffee was fresh and delicious. Villino offers a wide variety of single-origin options at their retail section. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed my coffee in the cozy and inviting atmosphere. I also purchased some Kenyan coffee to try at home with my V60. I highly recommend visiting this coffee shop!

Villino, you dirty dog, I'm crushing on you. Your friendly staff who greet me as soon as I walk in the door, your cosy interior full of lovely patrons who shuffle around and offer spare seats up without being prompted, your DELICIOUS coffee served in a variety of different menu options (pourovers and single origins, for example). I'm smelling what you're stepping in. Criterion St may just be my favourite little stretch of the city, and I think it's because of you and your little takeaway brother, Ecru. (Good idea opening him, it does get crowded in you very easily.) You're not exactly a "lunch" venue, but those noms inside the cabinet hit the spot just fine for morning or afternoon tea. Though to be honest, it's your coffee I sneak in here to visit. Pulling up at your window bench with a flat white is my idea of peace right now.

Wonderful coffee shop with upscale vibe that matches the level of coffee, food, and service. Small cafe of petite 2 two-tops fills quickly. Not best environment for children, but take-away solves that issue. You won't find a clientele yammering loudly on mobile phones, but rather a lot of readers and respectful conversations. An ideal spot for an excellent coffee.

Pretty much the best coffee in Hobart with the friendliest service. Staffed exclusively by bean lovers with big smiles... if you are lucky enough to get a table then you can't go wrong with a coffee date at Villino. You can always wonder down to Ecru the 'hole-in-the-wall' sister two doors down to get your fix on a busy day.

This used to be my favourite coffee place in the neighbourhood - and I work nearby so have had lots of time for coffee research. But the popularity has been its downfall; sometimes the wait is just too long for a coffee.

I love this place. The service is kind and friendly. The coffee is delicious. The ham and cheese croissants are better than sex. Nothing like a noisy, warm cafe to do a crossword and relax.
