Beautiful hotel, winery, and restaurants. Staff could not be nicer or more attentive. The food is wonderful. The hotel is astedically stunning; but some of the design choices sacrifice ease of use and/or guest safety for asdetedics. While the property is hugh and beautiful, there's no walking path and parts of the property are under construction.

Some unbelievable service interactions for a 5-star hotel. Some things I wouldn't expect at a roadside motel. In general good interactions, but at least 3 times we were treated like garbage about minor things. The food was surprisingly mediocre. Lunch and dinner both disappointed. I wouldn't go back to eat if it was a $20 restaurant in Santiago.

I have the pleasure to meet Javiera and we have the MUST FABULOUS wine tasting experience with her , she was very lovely and knowledgeable , lunch was GREAT , our server Rodrigo was very nice. Vinã VIX is an essential destination for anyone journeying through Chile. I highly recommend indulging in a two-night stay at their exquisite hotel. While the wine tasting experience is a highlight, the true charm lies in the overall experience of staying there. The culinary offerings are nothing short of spectacular, showcasing the rich flavors of Chilean cuisine, all delivered with impeccable service that makes you feel truly valued. The hotel’s design is a visual feast, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a stunning atmosphere that feels as if it has been pulled straight from the pages of a beautifully illustrated book. Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes, the location offers panoramic views that are sure to leave you in awe. And let’s not forget the wine – it is remarkable! One of the best winery tours I’ve ever taken. Our guide (Pablo?, I think, I should have written it down) was very funny, informative and oozed with passion for wine and the process. It’s amazing to hear the efforts this vineyard is taking to make this wine 100% Chilean from every aspect. The location is stunning, even without the buildings. But the design of them is beautiful and creative to allow light all year round and help keep things cool from the water feature out front to being below ground.

Very good winery tour! We enjoyed it a lot!

We enjoyed the tour and the paired wine 6 courses meal. Ricardo was an amazing guide through the winery and for the tasting. Very unique wine! Distinctive! I hope we can get some shipped to Canada! The meal was memorable too, great food, with the vegetables also grown on the grounds. Ricardo, Tamara, Karine and the rest of the team, thank you for such a fantastic experience! This was the best wine tour we ever had!

The hotel has an impressive hilltop location with stunning views in all directions. We enjoyed lots of delicious food and wine, with great options for vegetarians/pescatarians. The pool, gym, and yoga room were lovely, and included amazing views of the surrounding valley. I do think the hotel leans heavily on its "wow" factor, and would benefit from some improvements to service and room maintenance for an even better stay.
