Vinaigrette

The sushi was great. Other appetizers, drinks & service were below average. The atmosphere is great at night.

Vinaigrette Restaurant, located on the 7th floor of the hotel, offers a nice dining experience with a great 360-degree view of the city, especially in the evening. The food is good, with a decent selection, and the prices are reasonable. The service is friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant visit. While not exceptional, it’s a solid choice for a meal with a view.

I visited this restaurant today in Amman, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The view from the restaurant was amazing, offering a panoramic vista of most of Amman. The atmosphere was youthful, pleasant, and friendly. I highly recommend it, especially for young people.

The family came here for sushi and me being the odd one out, ordered an onion soup. The restaurant based at the top of the building is very pleasing for evening dinners as the view of the city is amazing. We got served in due time, and the food also served in due time. The onions soup was very delicious, and everything else, according to everyone else, was delicious. It is a fine dining restaurant, so expect the price of food to be on the high side.

We came here with a group and waited 20 minutes before anyone took our order and then were told in less than 10 minutes the offer of 25% off would end (at 6:30). We loved the crunchy salmon salad, but I would say everything else was just average. They need more diversity in Sushi boats and larger boats available for groups.

One of the best places to get tasty sushi in Amman! Vinaigrette caters both to those who would like to have sushi as a meal or if you don’t fancy sushi, they serve “Western” dishes such as pasta, steak, salad etc. I went here for dinner and ordered their quinoa salad with their vegetarian/vegan sushi selection. Finding good sushi is limited here in Amman, but this is one of the restaurants I thought had delicious vegan sushi! Nice views of Amman but quite a bit dark to dine in though. Prices are high and quite expensive. Good for special occasions and groups.

The sushi was really good everything else was below average The service on the other hand was very bad, slow and unprofessional. The cherry on the top I've never been to a high end restaurant in Jordan (or middle east in general ) where the restroom got only tissues and no (shattafah) Not recommend
