Vincci Alfama

We loved this hotel, one of the nicest we have stayed in. Excellent location, perfect for walking to local landmarks. Close to tram stops. Mini market just up the road and taxi/uber stops are close by.||A warm welcome from staff on check in, lovely little touches like the welcome snacks/nibbles in reception and the yummy pastel de natas in our room! Breakfast was delicious and the waitress was lovely, always greeted us with a smile and asked how our trip had been. A mix of continental breakfast as well as cooked options, really enjoyed the avocado on toast.||The rooms are beautiful, modern decor and had a nice juliette balcony overlooking the windey streets. The beds were super comfy and the shower was powerful. We slept really well the entire time we were there, no noise.||Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotions and sponge all included. Coffee (pod) machine, water and fridge in the room. Handy to have a safe inside the wardrobes too. There is a 'do not disturb' and 'clean' button which was helpful. My husband loved the mirror that turns into a TV!||Lisbon in general is quite hilly so probably would only recommend this hotel for those able and happy to walk places, like us. We would definitely return again and recommend to others.

We chose the Vincci Alfama for our recent three night stay because we wanted a boutique hotel in the heart of Alfama. We were very pleased with the elegant simplicity we found. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff went out of their way to assist us including with transportation and restaurant reservations. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. And of course the location was perfect for anyone wanting to experience the charm of Alfama. We'd happily stay again at this special little hotel.

We were so glad we booked with this hotel to end our stay in Lisbon. Located in the old city it really ended the trip on a high note. The attention to detail at this hotel was incredible. The room was lovely, the lobby was so beautiful, but the breakfast spread was beyond amazing. HIghly recommend this establishment for a genuine Lisbon experience.

One of the most interesting rooms I have stayed in — and I’ve stayed in many — the shower is a fishbowl in the middle of the room. Doesn’t even have frosted glass. Perfect I guess if you want to let it all hang out. Less so if you are staying with others.

Great hotel, staff and location!||Mini fridge did not work, and it would have been great to have some more coat hangers. Maybe remove a shelf in the closet, so it's possible to hang a coat straight?||But all in all I would still give the Hotel five stars!|It was very clean, and the location was great!

Staff were excellent and could not do enough for us, very knowledgeable and friendly, The room was a good size with plenty of storage, bed was huge and very comfortable , breakfast each day was also excellent with plenty to choose from. Location of the hotel was on a steep hillside so a certain degree of fitness was required. Would definitely recommend this hotel .

We had an amazing stay at Vincci in Alfama. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore Lisbon on foot. The hotel’s design is cool and stylish, with a modern yet cozy vibe that really adds to the experience. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast buffet: exceptionally good, with a wide and fresh selection, and totally hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extraordinary. The neighborhood was great. We felt as though we were really visiting Lisbon here.
