A stopped up shower drain (quickly resolved by staff) and occasional noise from above and outside are the only things preventing this from being a 5-star review. |- Room was spacious, clean, well appointed with modern amenities.|- Location is excellent. No more than a 25 min walk to most sites in Seville.|- Rooftop restaurant was excellent. Service was good as well as wine list. Views are not great.|- Pool area is small but nice and plunge pool is large for its type.|- Absolutely 5-star staff. Courteous, professional and they made arrangements for us around town (restaurants; river cruise). Special call out to Yeri. Went out of their way to help.||Overall, a highly recommended clean, modern hotel in an excellent location.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights whilst on a European trip. We chose this hotel due to its location and specifically because it had a gym and outdoor pool as we knew it would be very hot in July.|We were asked to complete a survey prior to our stay to suggest the purpose of our visit and what we were looking for from the hotel. We chose peace and quiet as this is an important holiday break from our work. The room we were given was located right by the lift so we got the noise of people standing by the lift and talking whilst waiting and the ringing of the lift itself, which was irritating. People were coming and going at all times of the night.|The room itself was very spacious, immaculate and cool. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept very well when we weren’t woken by the lift. The toiletries were Clarins brand which were excellent.|When we arrived, there was half a toilet roll in the bathroom and no spare so when we went out that evening, we asked for more to be brought to the room, thinking it was an oversight. On the third day our room was cleaned very late and I asked the cleaner to leave some more toilet roll but she didn’t and so yet again, I had to request some via the hotel app. Being a supposed 5 star hotel, surely the toiletries should be topped up as a matter of course?|We didn’t eat at the hotel but went to the rooftop bar a couple of times. Everything was quite expensive compared to the restaurants and bars of Seville. Service was really hit and miss and we waited over an hour for water which I had to approach the bar for in the end as it didn’t come. |I was too to sit back down and my water would come which it did eventually but by this time we had finished our wine.|The pool area was very small but the pool was a welcome break after a very hot day walking around the city.|The gym was ok, I used it twice but the fridge for water was empty both times and the air conditioning barely kept the room cool as it is a glass box in full sunlight. The equipment is quite limited so it wasn’t the best experience.|Overall the hotel was ok but not brilliant. We wouldn’t return.

Amazing hotel, incredible value, rooms spotless. Nice pool on the roof with nice view, main thing was how friendly and helpful all the staff were, from the moment we walked through the door till we left, nothing was too much trouble. Nice selection of treats to help yourself too, great breakfast with food cooked to order if you wanted, can’t praise it highly enough

Jerry thank you so much for our wonderful experience and absolutely amazing comfortable stay. It’s a fantastic property very modern luxurious the staff was so so pleasant to deal with— an ideal location which cannot be beaten 10mnts walk to Cathedral Alcazar and tons of places to eat and dine out. The rooms we stayed 306 and 106 if I remember correctly was super spacious the toilets were good size clean. This was such a nice hotel. Rooms modern and cool but in the structure of an old town house. Staff were really super mix of helpful an discreet. Right on the edge of bustling downtown. Roof top restaurant a huge attraction and when we booked in August very reasonably priced

I recently stayed at Hotel UNUK and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was even upgraded to SUIT room. When I checked out the staff offer me complementary personal care products.

Super clean facilities and excellent customer service. Gorgeous rooftop with delicious cocktails, wonderful wine selection and exceptional food. If you’re sensitive to noise make sure to ask for a room that’s not on the main corridor . :)

Amenities and room were nice. Pool and gym are small but good quality. On the hottest day of the week in Sevilla, cleaning service threw away my nearly full stick of deodorant and gave no recourse or assistance after we inquired about it at the front desk.
