I went to pick up a few pre-order items and hadn’t realized they were pre-order (not available for pick up yet). Vincent Park was incredibly kind about my misunderstanding and went the extra mile to ensure I got the product for the soonest possible date.

I love this shop! The girls are always wonderful, friendly and super helpful. Their selection is fun, well thought out and totally wearable- many of my favorite wardrobe staples are from this gorgeous little gem on upper Main. And their sunglasses collection is out of sight!

Ordered some clothing for a Christmas present. I missed the shipping cut off to be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. I got a personal email from Cara who went out of her way to help me expedite the package. Very impressed, amazing service. Thanks!
