Vine Providore

Not a quality shop. On Thursday I went to buy some wine for myself but also to gift on this Christmas dates. I am a member of their wine club I liked the shop as they have different wines to Dan Murphy's. I wanted to buy some Spanish wine and I went for my normal pick but I asked about another Spanish wine and they said it is really good, I have had mixed experiences though as some bottles came bad, but please let me know if that is the case and we will refund you... Anyway didn't want to risk it too much and I bought 2 bottles. Spent $200+ on wines Classic mistake I gifted one of those and kept one for me. On Friday I go to a party and we open the bottle... Totally spoilt. Anyway, I go to the shop and... guess what, sorry without the bottle we can give sorry. This experience demonstrate they are not a quality shop. And this is how they treat their members. Unsure on what is worst, selling spoilt wine and praise of being a quality shop, or not refundign you. My recommendation walk a little bit more and buy at Vintage Cellars or keep your bottles if you buy here. Attaching a picture of the spoilt one, it was a 12yo Zorzal (Spain).

I used it on a trip from Japan. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to use. The recommended beer was so delicious that I bought it as a souvenir. I will use it again if I go to Australia!

I went that shop to buy some sparking wine with sweet taste.but the owner just gaved me some wine they can't sale out and it a no sparkling about it's sour taste.worst bottle shop I went ever.

One of the best bottle stores in the area, offering a terrific range of wines. Classics as well as lots of new stuff - e.g. natural wines, orange wines etc). They also have a solid range of spirits, and (literally) hundreds of beers to choose from. Solid loyalty program offers small percentage of dollars spent back, which is nice, and in addition to doing discounts on half dozen/dozen purchases, they will do a small discount on three bottles too - nice for those who just want to pick up some bottles for the weekend. Staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

I have been coming here for years! They know there stuff about wines and welcome my dogs all year around. They have great tasting on Fri & Sat night and local cheese from the cafe next door with a 20% of purchases for 6 bottles or more. They have a booking system as well where you earn points for the $$ you spend. Me, I am saving my $$ for Jasper Hills Shiraz! They have also privately cater for our parties as well and supplied glasses

I like the level service I get here. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about wine and beer. They've helped me with large wine orders and small beer selections. I have been working my way through the craft beer selection. They do a beer tasting on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm - 8pm and I'm looking forward to trying it soon!

Always a great experience buying wine from Vine Providore. The customer service is outstanding with very approachable staff who will help you explore their amazing selection. We ALWAYS love the wine we end up purchasing. On my most recent visit, they have started highlighting which vineyards have been affected by bush fires so you can purchase their wine in support 👌 very clever and diligent.

Would not have survived without them these two weeks! Such amazing service. Beautiful range and they went above and beyond any expectations I could have had to get my wine needs fulfilled. Definitely shopping there again. Thank you!
