This was a remarkable experience, it truly lives up to its Michelin star. I tasted flavours I had never experienced before, and the blend of Portuguese and Asian cuisine was beautifully executed.
For me, the star of the show was the truffle, hazelnut, and mushroom dessert. I’m an avid fan of the truffle + mushroom combination, but who knew they could work so well in a sweet dish?
The restaurant is beautiful, with a lovely ambiance, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They really know the dishes and the thought process behind each one. A special shout-out to Filipe for taking such great care of us and answering all my questions, what an amazing storyteller he is!
