Only one tasting option available, and it doesn’t include any history or background about the winery. Out of the four wines, three are red and you have no choice in the lineup. The service was disappointing, the person who greeted us didn’t seem to care at all. Overall, not worth the visit. Avoid this spot; there are plenty of other wineries in the valley that offer better wine, service, and experiences.

Went for a quick Degustacion or wine tasting. We thought all the wines we had where solid. I preferred the Miguel. Service was nice and speedy.

Relaxing winery with some relaxing patio area. The food truck got some food that I did not try yet. It is a well visited winery. We were able to relax and even do some art.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the entrance as well. There was a food truck with some interesting offerings, but I must say that this wine is very flat though it goes in full. Every glass of wine I had, had no bottom and I tried four different ones. This was actually the worst wine I have ever had. I'm sorry to say this because the service was excellent!

Adobe is characterized by its wines with good flavor structure and price ratio.|However, they need to pay attention to their staff and improve customer service||Heres why:||1.We arrived today at 11am, there were 4 people, 3 ladies and a boy with glasses, none of them said good morning to us nor did they approach us to give us information. They just ignore us until we ask them for information.||2. We wanted to do the premium tasting, we did not know if we had to make a reservation, understanding that it is already low season, however they answered us in a bad way with a resounding no and that we would reserve another day. They didn't even make an attempt to be nice or give us a reason.|||In conclusion, the place is nice but it seems that the staff is doing you a favor by serving you, avoid coming here for the moment, I hope they can improve with their staff soon

I love this place! It's my second trip staying at the inn, my third at the property (my second time, I ate at the restaurant, but stayed somewhere else). I've been coming here since 2004. To me, the highlight of this place is the owner, Tru Miller. She is warm and generous. Ask her about her days as a Pan Am stewardess.||The inn features a delicious breakfast daily and a wine tasting is included in their private cellar. The rooms are quite large, clean, and well appointed. I would have had dinner there as well, but wasn't feeling my best for a few days there. All in all, I think it's an excellent property to stay at in Valle de Guadalupe.

Nice winery, tranquil garden area, central location, and.... Good wines! The co-located food truck is excellent, but was closed on this Wednesday visit.
