The best part about this place is how beautiful it is. It is well curated and the bedrooms and bathrooms feel luxurious. There are many areas to sit and chat and it’s right in town. I loved the green house room and the 4 sweet dogs who live there. Breakfast was also delicious and they would make you eggs and coffee if you wanted it during breakfast. I would stay here again!

This was an amazing experience. The decor is so cool and the owner is really nice to chat with. The room had everything we needed and is in a safe area with lots of food and stores within walking distance.

I honestly don’t understand why some reviews complained about noise - it’s the normal level you’d hear in any city, so maybe I’m just used to it. This hotel is an absolute gem. I’m not trying to compare it directly to places like the Plaza or St. Regis in NYC, but for Puerto Natales, this feels like the Plaza - beautifully designed, thoughtfully run, and honestly a standout for the price. Also, the owners’ dogs are the sweetest and so well-behaved. If someone can care for that many happy pups, I have no doubt guests are in excellent hands too. Lastly, someone in the reviews complained about ramps - would you prefer carrying your suitcase over stairs? I doubt it. As I said, the hotel is thoughtfully run. We will be coming back when in Puerto Natales next time.

Beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was SO good, and the service was v professional, attentive and kind. The room was okay, it’s quite small and we had to wear earplugs both nights. One could hear the neighbours and something which banged during the night that sounded like someone knocking on the door. The place is however tastefully decorated and it was ideal for us after finishing the O Circuit. The water pressure for example was amazing. The four dogs that the owners adopted are absolute darlings and I loved loved to see them!

This is a wonderful hotel, style and substance in equal measure. It’s perfectly located in the heart of town and you feel the love that has been put into every detail of it’s renovation/creation. 💕

We loved our week at Vinnhaus! So charming and welcoming! The number of great restaurants a short walk away is wonderful! Sandra sets out a terrific breakfast table and cooks eggs and we recommend her omelettes! Erika and David are very helpful and great hosts. Scarlett and Alex and equally helpful! Their comfortable rooms have everything we needed and thoughtfully appointed and laid out. We would definitely go back and highly recommend Vinnhaus.

Sadly most of the reviews don’t match the reality of this hotel. The junior suite room was comfortable, however every time someone walked up t he outside ramp, the whole room shook. The bed was very creaky and my partner woke me up several times by just turning over. This can all be forgiven, but the owners were just generally quite unwelcoming, they made you feel like you were an inconvenience and we never saw one of them smile. This for us ruined everything, and made us feel like we didn’t want to be there. The check in girl was lovely and so was the waiter at breakfast. I wouldn’t stay again, and would choose to stay in a Better hotel outside of town, such as the Singular, for more money.

Cancelled a hotel that was half the price a week before my trip after reading bad WiFi reviews and requiring excellent WiFi for video calls. Options were very limited in Puerto Natales so I made the investment. The location in Puerto Natales is outstanding and the WiFi was great. The breakfast staff, Alex and Scarlett were wonderful. The checkin could’ve been a bit more authentically friendly. The stay was a nice experience but I don’t believe it was worth the €300+ a night for 5 nights. It would be a treat if you were trekking and wanted a great hot power shower and comfy bed for a night. The junior suite was big but it was disturbing when the floor and bed shook/moved as people in room next door walked about - felt like someone was in room and the movement was enough to wake me up a few mornings (sleep with earplugs). They said the tap water was drinkable but it tasted slightly chemical so bought water from nearby supermarket. Some milk in room would have been nice to accompany tea & coffee. Other hotels I stayed in Chile that were over €175 a night offered filtered water to fill bottles, free mini bars, welcome drinks or free laundry for a 3 night plus stay. Overall reviews on WiFi in other hotels seemed poor so was glad I stayed here as it didn’t let me down but felt it was overpriced for what’s offered

Yelp
Incredible hotel! Beautiful art-deco interiors, extremely comfortable rooms, and welcoming staff that will make you feel like part of the family. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and delicious. The location is excellent and parking is easy. And the styling is just so cool - classy yet really unique. We loved our stay here and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Yelp
Rude host. Didn't even eat here cause of the attitude. It's a restaurant that's out of place.

Yelp
The food are ok, but the price is ridiculously expensive, its like Michelin price, but the food is not that quality. The dinner each person has to order 3 courses dinner set, each set is 49,000 Chili Pesos(about 57 US dollars). The quantity is tiny. One of the appertizers we order is just two wantans in a bog bowl. The main course of fish has one line of slices of radishes on the top, you cannot see the fish underneath at all. We have 4 people, decided to order 3 sets, they charged 5,000 peso more for not ordering 4 sets. And then the bank they used charged 2% more for using foreign Credit card. The atmosphere is nice, but its not worth that price.

Yelp
If you're coming to Puerto Natales, this is the place to stay! Owners are so kind and will help you with anything. The overall vibe and atmosphere is lovely! Rooms were perfect and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Vinnhaus was a very comfortable place to stay in Puerto Natales. Just a few blocks from the bus station. An easy walk but only a little over $3 US to take a cab if the weather is bad. The social room/restaurant/bar area has a great vibe and welcomes guests to gather to share. Erikka was very helpful in making tour arrangements and setting up your transportation to make your stay smooth. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The hostel was remodeled recently and everything is crisp and works well. I took a chance and left my wireless earbuds charging in my bunk while I was out on a tour and no one got sticky fingers. The universal plugs with USB ports in each bunk was a great help in keeping all the electronics up and functioning without having to fight for the one plug in the room for everyone to share. I would definitely recommend Vinnhaus as your home base to explore all the wonders of Patagonia.
