Vinnie's Pan Pizza

We stopped into Vinnie’s Pan Pizza for a quick bite after a short hike on the South Mountain Fairy Trail. We came across it while walking down Main Street and decided to give it a try. We ordered garlic knots and a plain pizza. The pizza is thin crust, tasty, with a nice crisp to it…but just a heads up, if you’re not into thin crust, this might not be your style. That said, we still enjoyed the flavor. The garlic knots were the standout, perfectly moist, just the right amount of garlic, and the marinara sauce was delicious. Service was friendly and fast. The space is small, with two tables inside and two outside, but it worked for a quick, casual stop. We’d definitely come back to try some of the other pizza options!

Vinnie’s is my favorite pizza spot in North Jersey-so exciting about the Brielle location coming soon! The pizza has 0 flop and the best crust. I’m a stickler for sauce and Vinnie’s sauce is light and fresh. *chef’s kiss*

In town on business and got the urge for a pizza. After looking at pics I had to give this place a try. I ordered the "Roni" and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect blend of thin and pan. Don't forget to try their garlic knots.

The best pizza I’ve had in NJ so far! Barstool rated it a 8.3 but it’s definitely 9+. For a pan pizza, it is incredibly thin crust and crispy. It’s mainly a take out place, however they do have 2 tables for parties of up to 4. We placed our order in advance and dined in which was a nice experience. They were very accommodating with subbing their meat toppings for vegetarian ones. We ordered the Bella and the mistake and they were both equally so good! The pizzas are crispy by default but you can ask for it well done. Will definitely be back! It was a pleasure talking to the staff as well - I certainly hope you expand to more locations!

Located on Main Street in Millburn, New Jersey, Vinnie offers 15 types of pizza, plus soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta and parmesan dishes. I had the personal cheese pie (10 inches or so), and the ingredients are high quality and fresh. I found the bread to be exceptional and the cheese very good and the sauce perhaps uneventful. The pizza crust lacks a cornicione (the outer edge, typically bread only), and Vinnie boasts of this approach on its stylish site. The dining area is small (2 tables) but clean and modern, and the service is friendly.

I just found my new favorite pan pizza spot—Vinnie’s Pan Pizza in Millburn! We did half Gramps, half build-your-own with their homemade meatballs and hot honey which were unreal. Don’t miss their House Salad, Chicken Parm, the Jersey Boy sandwich, and Mango Habanero Wings. I’m officially obsessed.

This place might be my new favorite pizza parlor in the county, if not the entire state. Incredibly thin - but not too crispy - undercarriage and crust. The cheese and toppings cover edge to edge. They have some great options for toppings too, more than just the same old standards; i.e.- broccoli rabe and longhot peppers. My only wish is that I lived closer, but I’ll definitely be back. Order with confidence.

Our new go-to pizza place! The pepperoni ‘Roni’ pizza is the one to get - the pepperoni is shredded all throughout the pie, so it’s both a little different from normal and delicious! My kids love it! It’s mainly a take-out or delivery place, although they do have two tables for dine-in. Definitely call ahead to order, the last time we placed a take-out order the estimated wait time was 60 min! It’s that popular and good!
