Worst rooms, even drinking water also not available,if you want you need to go reception and bring some water. When we stay more than 2 times power failure. Mid night time suddenly tap water not available. Worst rooms television are there but not in working condition, only a fan and room only available, don't expect more than that.

Very very bad.... What a smell. Water contains 10000% impurities smell like something extra bad... Rooms are not clean.. Unfair pricing Also they have some peoples to afraid us. They didn't agree take any photos of room.

Most worst place I had ever. We, family came for enjoyment by seeing online photos ans reviews. This is most worst place. 1. No room service 2. No water all the day 3. No service of any thing 4. Worst rooms 5. Worst maintenance 6. No room service, all the time we need to go reception for any query. 7. All photos posted online are bogus. My sincere suggestion is not to take this hotel for your stay. It will ruin your entire trip. Because I already suffered lot. Not even a single drop of water from 3am to 9pm. You can imagine how worst is.

Location is so good but their service is not good even drinking water is not available their .Staff was good but the hygiene in that place is not good

Nice place to stay, budget friendly,ample spacious big rooms

A decent and cost effective stay in Mahabalipuram. Placed closer to most of the tourist spots. They charge 900rs for Non AC and 1500rs for AC room. Car parking is available. Bathrooms looks neat, but still they need to improve bathroom hygiene and experience.

Management is not at all good and the receiption people are not well mannered and it is full of scam and no cleanliness and impurities of water and the people there are too rude and they even take extra money

When we join to the room they'll talk sweetly and after four hours they take double payment and the look of teir people are bad look worst management
