Vinoteca (Bar)

I ordered foie gras and white wine. A couple was smoking behind me. The wind kept blowing the cigarettes towards me, which really affected my dining experience. I told the waiter, but he said they couldn't stop people from smoking. Also, I was only allowed to eat outside, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. One of them fell into my drink and bathed in it. I only took one sip. I thought it was a waste of money. I told the waiter, but he just said, "Okay," and left.

Great service and excellent terrace with great view.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a bar. My friends had gifted me a voucher which I wanted to redeem. The manager made a huge fuss, at first refusing to accept it and stating that the voucher didn’t show his stamp and that the same voucher code had been used for another voucher that had already been redeemed. He went on to bother me with contacting the person who bought the voucher, and I had to bother her with finding a year old payment confirmation. After all this, upon showing the confirmation, the manager still commented that this was “extremely strange” and “actually impossible”. He ultimately redeemed it but made disrespectful sounds in the background when I paid the outstanding amount of the bill. Hard to believe that a professional risks the reputation of his bar, when he himself is too incompetent to instruct his own employees to issue a voucher, and then has the audacity to blame it on the customer. To be avoided at all costs. The only good thing I have to mention is that our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable, and we did enjoy the wines.

After a slightly poor start when we arrived getting menus and a wine available from the list they were honestly friendliness personified, they could not do enough to help us. The place is very atmospheric , nice for a drink and light meal. Would definitely go again.

Nice place but not a huge selection of Luxembourg wines (2 exactly). It's also not exactly super welcoming. I imagine you can find better places to drink wine in Luxembourg

The cheese and charcuterie were ok. But missing some sides things like nuts or honey. The wine was good ! And the service was friendly

Great wine bar hidden right in the middle of the city. I loved everything about this place: huge selection of wines, delicious food and summer garden with an amazing view. Stuff was friendly and surprisingly professional enough to ask how I want my steak to be done(happens rare in Lux). Prices are a bit high but it worthy. Definitely recommend. And planning to come back here soon
